According to the broadest understanding, business crises are threats to a company that create, or have the potential to create, unwanted and negative outcomes in its business. The damage caused by the crisis to the economic entity affected by the crisis includes financial losses (declining income), creating a bad image and reducing the company's reputation, damage to company assets, technological inferiority, losses for interest and influence groups, the so-called. stakeholders of the company. The business crisis is related to the weaknesses that the company has and which further encourage it; when resources and potentials are lacking, leading to a decline in competitiveness or a weakening of market position; when events take place in the environment that are unexpected and unplanned. Thus, a business crisis is an unplanned and unwanted process that endangers or hinders the development of a company, thus putting it in an inferior position in relation to the competition. Therefore, a significant number of crisis situations arise due to the inability of management to anticipate changes that occur in the company environment. This paper will discuss the current crisis in business, which has affected almost the entire economic structure and all companies, with greater or lesser intensity. The crisis is caused by environmental factors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it is also a challenge in the use of new tools and methods available to marketing managers in overcoming the crisis in modern conditions.
The theme of this work is very relevant, given that the development of renewable energy sources is a major challenge for the future of Europe and the world. The world economy is largely dependent on fossil, non-renewable sources of energy (oil, coal), as well as from nuclear power, which poses a potential threat to the environment and human health. Therefore the issue of energy security and stability has become in the last ten years, the most current from the economic, commercial and social aspects. The European Union, despite the high level of development and commitment issue of energy security is also facing the problem of reducing the environmental impact and role in reducing the human impact on climate. In this regard, one of the goals of this work is to prove the connection of the energy sector with konkurentoscu economy. Model energy use and exploitation of natural resources to produce energy can be an engine for the development of a certain area or country, or if it does not take into account the environmental impacts in meeting energy needs, it can lead to the establishment of a completely unsustainable economic and social development. For this reason it is essential that further steps when it comes to planning the energy sector, to be implemented in a way that defines the priorities of the development of the energy sector, there is a public and professional support in order to simultaneously ensure economic development and to the principles of sustainable development. The sector of micro, small and medium enterprises, the base layer of the economy and represents an opportunity for development, but it is very important to promote and support the development of entrepreneurship in the economic field which is related to environmentally safe energy production. For the development of this sector requires good laws, effective procedures and predictable business environment. Projects relating to investment in renewable energy sources bring development opportunities or sustainable energy systems must include ecological, economic and social aspects of sustainability.
Surface treatment of wood can be done with different coatings, and the choice of the appropriate system of processing depends on several factors, such as technological, aesthetic, economic and ecological. Raising awareness of the need to preserve the living and working environment has had a crucial impact on the increase in the use of natural materials for surface treatment of wood - oil and wax. The application of oils and waxes allows surface treated wood to keep the natural look, while protecting it from different influences, which can cause degradation and deterioration of the final product. The paper presents the results of testing the resistance of beech surface (Fagus silvatica L.) processed with linseed oil and beeswax to the action of dry heat. In order to compare the quality of surface treated with oil and/or wax, beech wood treated with 2K-polyurethane coating is taken as a reference of surface treatment of wood. Surfaces treated with beeswax are less resistant to dry heat than those treated with linseed oil, and both showed significantly less resistance than surface treated with 2K-polyurethane coating.
Wood finishing may be done by different coats, and the choice depends on many factors such as technological, aesthetic, economic and ecological ones. Growing consciousness of preserving the environment has crucially influenced on growth of application natural materials for wood surface dressing - oils and waxes.Application of oils and waxes provides wood to keep its natural appearance, with simultaneous protection from different effects which may cause degradation and deterioration. In this work, we investigated dry heat resistance of beech (Fagus silvatica L.) finished with linseed oil and wax. Surfaces coated with beeswax are less resistant to heat than surfaces coated with linseed oil.
