图像法是光电吊舱视轴稳定精度检测的常用方法之一,具有原理简单、成本低、通用性强等优点.通过载体模拟设备对光电吊舱施加外界扰动,检测载荷相机所捕获固定目标的图像偏移量,从而得到光电吊舱的稳定精度,其中目标图像偏移量检测是整个流程的关键.提出一种基于图像灰度的目标图像偏移量检测方法,可有效提升光电吊舱视轴稳定性的检测精度,通过理论推导和实验证明,目标图像偏移量检测精度可达到1/100像素以上,具有重要的工程应用价值.
基于多旋翼无人机平台,搭建了以STM32F405系列ARM单片机为核心器件的控制系统,研究设计了具有视频跟踪和障碍清除功能的三轴激光云台.通过采用高精度陀螺的角度及加速度信息,驱动3个轴向的直流力矩电机,使云台上搭载的摄像机及激光发射器的指向与锁定目标在惯性空间保持不变,实现目标锁定和自动跟踪,系统稳定精度控制在0.02°以内,达到较好的视轴跟踪稳定性及激光器切割的准确性,实现精准切割.
Virtual Test System proposed a concept that"the software is universal test platform system".The designing of software platform makes that automatic test system(ATS) development is independent of hardware platform,and the same time,reflects the ease of system design,flexibility,security,and advanced.Based on the demand of a type of device testing,a virtual test system was deweloped.Based on the success of self-study of a variety of hardware modules,a system software platform that can automatically accomplish task of the test and store,print the test results was designed.It can provide valuable experience for the future's development of Virtual Testing System.
