为了满足我国社会用电量,发电厂的发展速度日益加快,逐渐成为了我国社会非常重要的一项基础产业。火力发电厂作为发电厂的重要组成部分兼耗能大户,对我国节能减排工作有着重要影响的就是发电组的运行水平及锅炉机组在运行过程中资源耗费。因此,在不影响火力发电厂发电效率的同时,采取有效的措施以实现锅炉的节能降耗目的,是本文中将要深入讨论阐述的内容。
Since the domestic 600 MW supercritical unit was put into operation,its operation is not so stable,and unplanned outage was happened many times.The current situation of automatic control of the supercritical unit was analyzed.Aiming at automatic adjustment of main steam temperature,some improvement suggestions were put forward,which causes the control of main steam temperature to be more fast and accurate,and the operation reliability and safety of the supercritical unit were increased.
This paper introduced the problem of ash sticking about suqercritical pressure boiler.We analyzed flow pattern of the burner through cold model test,and made the solution according to the result of the test.After structure reform of the burner,the problem resolved.And the Safety of the boiler operation was visibly increasing.
