Objective To study the medical safety event reporting system (adverse) and the problems in the implementation effect.MethodsA retrospective analysis of hospital medical safety event reporting system (adverse), and analyze the data.Results Medical adverse events reports the number of cases is on the rise, mainly adverse report events caused no serious consequences, severe chamber and emergency proportion of adverse event reporting is significantly higher than other hospital departments, some nursing adverse event reporting is relatively high.Conclusion There are more medical hospital adverse event reports, the implementation of medical safety event reporting system (adverse), can effectively improve the hospital health care system and hospital risk prevention consciousness.

目的：研究医疗安全（不良）事件报告制度中存在的问题及实施的效果。方法回顾性分析医院医疗安全（不良）事件报告制度的实施，并分析其中的数据。结果医疗不良事件的报告例数呈上升趋势，主要是不良报告事件未造成严重的后果，重症室及急诊科的不良事件报告比例明显比医院其他的科室高，护理人员的不良事件报告相对较高。结论医院存在较多的医疗不良事件报告，实施医疗安全（不良）事件报告制度，能有效改进医院的医疗系统及医院风险防范意识。
