盐酸林可霉素是化学合成的兽用抗菌药物,具有抗菌作用强,吸收良好,体内分布广等特点,兽医临床主要用于预防和治疗革兰氏阳性菌和支原体感染.其制剂盐酸林可霉素注射液的含量测定采用《中国兽药典》2010年版一部高效液相色谱法,操作繁琐,检验时间长,对兽药厂半成品质量控制来说,其检验方法并不理想.因此,笔者根据盐酸林可霉素具有旋光性的特点,对盐酸林可霉素注射液含量测定采用旋光测定法,并与高效液相色谱法比较,结果无差异.其操作方法如下.

The pharmacology of huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation was researched. Pathogenic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used to examine the in vitro antibacterial effect of huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation and piglets to investigate the clinical efficacy. Results indicated that the huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation has twice the in vitro antibacterial effect and the clinical effect increased 30% compared with the common powder. Huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation has more effect on piglets’ colibacillosis than that of pure drug.
