为深入了解河南省兽药行业发展情况尤其是生物兽药的发展现状,进一步挖掘和分析河南省生物兽药发展趋势和方向,引导河南生物兽药健康和良性运转,按照中国科学院河南研究院咨询项目要求进行河南生物兽药行业调研.现概述如下.
昆虫飞行磨是现代昆虫学实验室的基础科研设备,利用改进的昆虫飞行磨获得新型的飞行数据,在Matlab软件平台上开发新的计算机分析程序,可以利用图像描述昆虫的飞行过程.飞行数据分析结果以“时间-飞行圈数”图和“速度-飞行圈数”图显示被测试昆虫不同个体的飞行过程.对这种昆虫飞行可视化技术的实现过程进行介绍,并以华螳蝎蝽的飞行过程为例阐述了飞行可视化技术在昆虫飞行行为学研究中的应用价值.
To prepare fermented Feizhusan and to evaluate the quality of the product.Fermented Feizhusan was prepared by solid fermentation,suitable prescription was screened out by single factor tests and orthogonal test was performed to optimize the technological conditions. The quality of fermented Feizhusan was evaluated in properties,granularity,viable count,content of active ingredients and stability.Results revealed that the optimal fermentation strain was bacillus natto and temperature was 38 ℃,time was 4 d,quantity of bacteria was 12%, water content was 140% and drying temperature was 47 ℃.The basic properties was stability,the content of soybean isoflavones aglycon was 99.36 μg/g.Solid fermentation can be used to prepare fermented Feizhusan which contains high quantities of active ingredients and stable character.
To evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of feizhusan fermentation preparation on appetite and digestion,the effection on body weight,feeding,gastric acid and pepsase of rabbits was inspected by inducing pathological model of dyspepsia on healthy animals and the effection on intestinal peristalsis of mice was observed by intestinal movement experiment.Results indicated that feizhusan fermentation preparation could increase the body weight and food intake of dyspepsia rabbits,regulate the gastric acid and the pepsase,promote the movement of small intestine.The fermentation process doubled the pharmacodynamic effects of ordinary powder,feizhusan fermentation preparation has more effect on stimulating appetite and digestion to feizhusan.
The pharmacology of huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation was researched. Pathogenic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used to examine the in vitro antibacterial effect of huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation and piglets to investigate the clinical efficacy. Results indicated that the huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation has twice the in vitro antibacterial effect and the clinical effect increased 30% compared with the common powder. Huanglian jiedu san solid dispersion preparation has more effect on piglets’ colibacillosis than that of pure drug.
<正>鸡大肠杆菌病主要依靠药物防治,但药物的大量使用带来了大肠杆菌多重耐药性和药物残留等诸多问题。目前世界许多地方开展了调查研究,确定了最常与鸡病有关的血清型是O1、O2、O39和O78等,另有许多血清型不太常见,还有一些菌株属于未分型的血清型。国内也有很多研究报道称能致病的血清型有60多种,且不同地区差别很大,给防治工作带来了极大困难。本试验从某地区60例疑似病、死鸡分离出55株细菌,经生化鉴定50株属大肠杆菌,筛选出具有代表性的5个鸡场分离的大肠杆菌做药敏试验,以期了解该地区鸡大肠杆菌耐药性情况,从而为当地鸡大肠杆菌病的防治提供科学依据,为今后科学合理地防治禽大肠杆菌病积累经验。现将试验与研究情况报告于后,供同行参考。
乳酸环丙沙星注射液是一种兽医临床上常用的抗菌药物,具有广谱、高效、低毒等优点,适用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道、泌尿道、消化道等部位的感染.笔者在生产实践中发现乳酸环丙沙星注射液制剂会出现结晶析出现象,在水溶液中稳定性较差,通过查找文献资料,分析研究,进行了大量试验和质量跟踪,发现pH值对其稳定性影响最大. 该试验采用醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液作为pH调节剂和稳定剂,从而消除了pH变化对其性状的影响,提高了制剂的稳定性.
pH值做为兽用注射液控制质量标准的指标之一,一方面,pH值不合格直接影响产品合格率;另一方面,pH值对药物溶解度、稳定性、最佳药效以及畜禽的生理适应性有着密切的关系.因此,兽用注射液pH值的控制显得十分重要.在研制注射液时,利用酸、碱、缓冲液来调节溶液的pH值,使达到一定的酸碱性,这些酸、碱、缓冲液就是pH值调节剂.单一或复方成分的注射液,pH值的确定及pH值的调节剂的选择是不同的.笔者就多年来的实践经验谈一下体会.
含量均匀度系指小剂量或单剂量的固体制剂、半固体制剂和非均匀液体制剂的每片(个)含量符合标准的程度.药物含量均匀度是衡量产品质量的一个关键指标,尤其是主药含量比较低的兽药,混合均匀度问题显得更为重要,混合不均匀,必将影响药物的效果,甚至产生毒副作用,如马度米星铵的毒性就较大,安全范围窄,正常使用剂量混饲为5 mg/kg,而7 mg/kg混饲即可引起鸡不同程度中毒.为此,《中华人民共和国兽药典》2010版一部对固体制剂、半固体制剂等的混合均匀度检查做了相应的规定.
Solid dispersion technique of solvent-melting method was used to prepare Huanglian Jiedu solid dispersion. Suitable prescription was screened out by single factor tests and three-factor-three-level-orthogonal test was performed to optimize the technological conditions. the quality of huanglian jiedu solid dispersion was assessed in properties,granularity,dissolution rate and the content of active ingredients as well as the stability of this preparation. Results indicated that the optimal rate of the carrier materials and the medicine was 1∶ 3,melting temperature was at 100 ℃ and response time was 1 h. the basic properties was stability,the average content of berberine hydrochloride was 12. 98 mg / g and the dissolution rate could reach 93% at 90 min.

<正>甲磺酸培氟沙星是第三代喹诺酮类药物中抗菌活性较强的广谱抗菌剂,本品组织穿透力强,吸收良好,能有效突破血脑屏障,与其他抗菌药物无交叉耐药性,主要用于革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌引起的感染和支原体感染,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、绿脓杆菌等均有较好的抑制作用。目前国内市场上有其水溶性粉剂和注射剂。
据文献[1]报道,柴胡经硫酸水(PH=1)浸泡,在浸泡水中加入20%氯化钠,浸泡时间20h,然后蒸馏提取,其挥发油提取量比纯水浸提提高十几倍.笔者自1999年12月,2000年2月、3月、4月进行了4次验证试验.经化验分析,发现挥发油吸收度值变化规律异常,最小吸收值发生偏移,产品留样观察吸收度值稳定性不好且放置后有变色现象.该工艺提取挥发油比常规高210倍,与中药提取常规相悖.从而证明该报道的科学性值得怀疑.
