[目的]比较7种中药复方体外抑菌试验结果,筛选猪大肠杆菌的最佳抑菌组方,为临床用药及开发中兽药制剂提供依据.[方法]采用水煎法制备中药复方水提物,分别通过试管二倍稀释法和管碟法进行体外抑菌试验.[结果]7个中药组方以复方1和复方3抑菌效果较好,MIC值和MBC值均为15.63mg/ml和62.5mg/ml;抑菌圈直径分别为15.20mm和17.99mm,抑菌强度中敏,其他几个组方相对抑菌效果较差.[结论]七个组方对猪大肠杆菌均具有一定的抑菌效果,以复方3为最佳组方.
The experiment was conducted to prepare Compound Chlorhexidine Acetate Gel,it was used to treat the endometritis in dam, and establish its quality control method. The Compound gelata was prepared with Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole as chief medicine using carbopol-940 as base. The content of Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole in the gel was determined by HLPC method. The results showed the preparation was white or light yellow semisolid gel, and had good precision and repetion rate about Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole.The mean recoveries were 99.23% and 99.37%. The preparation is simple in preparation process,and the determination is accurate and reproducible.
[Objective] To compare the results of two in vitro antibacterial tests,and to screen out Chinese herbs with strong bacteriostatic activity and provide foundation for clinical medication and developing Chinese herbal medicine preparations.[Method] The water extracts of 18 kinds of Chinese herbs were prepared by water decoction method and the becteriostatic test in vitro against swine Escherichia coli was determined by tube double dilution method and cup-plate method.[Result] 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine showed a certain inhibitory effect in the tube double dilution method,but part of traditional Chinese medicine showed resistance in the plate method.Rheum officinale and Coptis chinensis had the strongest inhibitory effect in two methods,their MIC for Escherichia coli was both 7.82 mg/ml,and MBC values were relatively higher.The inhibition zone diameter was 25.28 and 22.84 mm.Andrographis paniculata,Anemone chinensis,Saposhnikovia divaricata,etc.,bad inhibitory effect.[Conclusion] Different herbal medicines show different bacteriostatic effects against swine E.coli,the results of different determination methods show consistency as well as difference.
为了验证复方醋酸氯己定凝胶的安全性,观察其对动物毒性和阴道黏膜的刺激性作用,试验对健康家兔进行毒性试验和阴道黏膜刺激试验.结果表明:复方醋酸氯己定凝胶剂对家兔的最大给药量大于8g/kg,不会对机体产生毒性作用；低剂量组和高剂量组对家兔阴道黏膜的刺激指数分别为0.7,1.3.说明复方醋酸氯己定凝胶阴道用药无毒性,低剂量对阴道黏膜无刺激性,高剂量组有极轻度的刺激性,但在可接受范围内,临床可放心使用.
