Solutions of quinacrine hydrochloride have been found to have a minor absorption peak at a wave length of 424 mμ as reported by Carol and a much greater absorption at 280 mμ. Either wave length may be used for the quantitative determination. Details of the spectrophotometric determination and absorption‐concentration curves at 280 mμ are presented..
