In recent years,FDI has played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of China's economic development,but the growing regional income gap has aroused great attentions.This paper analyzes the status and characteristics of FDI in pan-Yangtze river delta and the regional income gap.Meanwhile,the influencing mechanism of FDI on regional income disparity has also been proposed.From the angles and perspectives of industry,regional distribution and trade boost,etc,the author analyzes the influence of FDI on regional income disparity.Moreover,the policy recommendations on narrowing regional income gap in pan-Yangtze river delta have also been put forward in this paper.

为了加快我国东部沿海地区经济转型和产业结构升级,推进中部崛起发展战略,国家将中西部承接产业转移示范区定位于安徽皖江城市带。从产业转移的内涵及其动因入手,对安徽皖江城市带产业转移的背景及其特征以及产业转移的比较优势和转移过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出应对安徽皖江城市带承接产业转移的建议策略。
