Using documentary method and field survey method,the author analyzes and explains the shape,performing system,event characteristics and social cultural value of Jian'ou Tiaofan of Folk Sports starting with history.The results indicate that Jian'ou Tiaofan has six characteristics of the historicity:historic,inheritance,regional,non-governmental nature,dependence and collective.Then,it regarded six typical social culture values as fitness value,entertainment value,ornamental value,economic value,enlightenment function and identity function that the project possesses.

Yoga,as an ancient effective fitness method,is now being brought into the campus lives of some vocational colleges in China.By analyzing the statistical data from a Yoga training center of a vocational college,the paper proves that yoga training is playing a major role on the physical and mental health of female vocational college students.The statistical data and its analysis can serve more vocational colleges in their introduction of Yoga to the school lives.
