目的 探讨病原微生物检测在儿童细菌性腹泻诊断与治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 随机抽取600例2015年1月至2018年12月在该院接受治疗的细菌性腹泻患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿均接受病原微生物检测及药敏试验以及病原微生物的分布及药敏情况,分析相应的临床治疗方法.结果 600例患儿中共检出548株病原微生物,检测阳性率为91.33%.其中志贺菌的占比为50.73%,远高于其他菌株(P<0.05);药敏试验结果显示:各类病原微生物对抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药性.结论 对细菌性腹泻患儿进行微生物检验及药敏试验,根据结果合理用药可以显著提高临床疗效,改善患儿的预后情况.
在严重的情况下,楔状缺损会累及牙髓,造成牙体缺失,易发生牙体折裂,同时是常见的牙体硬组织缺损疾病[1]. 所以,对楔状缺损牙抗折强度的有效提升意义重大. 牙与桩复合树脂修复,且加强修复的牙具的抗折强度有相似性,目前研究较少,修复方式及缺损大小并无关系[2].此次研究通过对重度穿髓型楔状缺损前磨牙患者,采用常规治疗加纤维桩复合纳米树脂填充修复治疗,结果如下.
目的:观察在微生物检验工作开展中,细菌耐药性监测的实际情况.方法:选择我院2018年1月至6月各个科室的550例送检样本作为主要对象,对其进行细菌耐药性监测分析,观察样本中的致病菌情况以及菌株的类型、不同菌株对于常用药物的耐药性情况.结果:在550例送检样本当中,检测出490株致病菌,革兰阳性菌为291株,革兰阴性菌为199株,不同类型的菌株对于临床常用药物的耐药性存在相应的不同.结论:对于微生物检验,做好细菌菌株的检测以及细菌耐药性监测十分必要,对于临床合理用药等有指导意义.
Objective To explore the applicability of pipeline closure device in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods A to-tal of 136 cases of unilateral ureteral calculi were allocated in this study,they were divided into study group(n = 68 cases)by using holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy combined with pipeline closure device and patients in control group were only applied with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy. The operating time for segmental ureteral calculi and lower ureteral calculi,rate of ureteral injury,transfer rate of stones,post-operative fever and rate of stone clearance between these two groups were compared. Results In patients with upper section ureteral calculi in study group,the operating time was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The rate of stone moved upward and proportion of postoperative fever were significantly lower than those of control group,and the rate of stone clearance was significantly higher( P < 0. 05). In pa-tients with ureteral stones in lower section,the incidence of calculus moved in study group was significantly lower than that of control group,but the rest had no significant difference between these two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with pipeline closure device in treatment of ureteral calculi have lower rate of occurrence of migration of stones and higher rate of stone clearance,hence it is a safe and effective procedure and it is worthy to be promoted.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the urinary system infections in patients treating with endoscopic lithotripsy so as to guide the prevention and application of antibiotics on patients with upper urinary calculi .METHODS The clinical data of 682 patients treating with endoscopic lithotripsy in hospital from Feb .2011 to Mar .2015 were ana‐lyzed ,and the rate of urinary system infections ,the distribution and proportion of pathogenic bacteria and drug re‐sistance in urinary system infections were statistically analyzed .SPSS 13 .0 was adopted for statistical analysis . RESULTS Totally 33 cases appeared the urinary system infections ,and the infection rate was 4 .8% .There were 11 cases with severe infections ,and the infection rate was 1 .6% .And 4 cases were septic shock ,and the infection rate was 0 .6% .Totally 72 strains were identified ,containing 51 strains of gram‐negative bacteria (70 .8% ) and 20 strains of gram‐positive bacteria (27 .8% ) .The main pathogenic bacteria was Escherichia coli(30 .5% ) .The main gram‐negative bacteria were sensitive to cefuroxime ,amoxicillin ,amikacin and imipenem (the drug resistance rate was 0~45 .5% ) ,and highly resistance to cefazolin ,ceftriaxone and ampicillin (the drug resistance rate was 54 .5% ~100 .0% ) .The main gram‐positive bacteria were sensitive to vancomycin ,teicoplanin and ofloxacin (the drug resistance rate was 0~28 .6% ) ,and highly resistant to penicillin G ,gentamicin and erythromycin (the drug resistance rate was 71 .4% ~100 .0% ) .CONCLUSION The infection rate of urinary system infections in patients treating with endoscopic lithotripsy was high ,and the infected bacteria was mainly belonged to Escherichia coli . It′s good for clinical rational using antimicrobial drugs to strengthen monitoring of pathogenic bacteria .
