objective to study the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity after the operation of the clinical ef ect of second phase of mandibular reconstruction. Methods select our hospital in March 2012 to February 2014 the inpatient 24 cases of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity after surgery patients as the research object, on the second stage surgery to repair, observation records of the patient's clinical treatment ef ect, and carries on the analysis comparison. Results 24 patients after treatment, also had an improved nasal deformities, wound healing in good condition, im-prove overal deformity is chi square = 43. 2400 (p = 0. 0000), dif erence is statistical y significant. Conclusion the pathogenesis of unilateral cleft lip is complex, treatment, according to the physiological structure of the patients with nasal al -round reconstructive treatment, can obtain good therapeutic ef ect.

Objective:To investigate the methods and results of the surgery repair for facial skin defect after malignant tumor excision.Methods:The facial skin malignancies of 38 cases were cut,then primary closure,free and local skin flap were used to repair the defect.Results:The cut recovery in 11 cases treated with primary closure,13 cases with free skin flap and 14 cases treated with local skin flap were good except 1 case with necrosing at the distal end of epidermis.Conclusions:The free and local skin flap are recommended for repair the facial skin defect after tumor excision,which can restore facial appearance.

To validate feasibility of chassis machine fr ame design,intensity analysis method of corn combine machine frame is studied.The method to analyze the corn combine frame intensity is studied,and the feasibility for design of chassis frame is validated.The finite element calculation model of the machine frame is modified.The comparison between the original plan and the modified plan shows that the strain distribution and intensity of the modified plan is much better and saves steel material as well.

Objective To explore the method of lateral 1/3 part independent small incision of the upper eyelid to remove orbital septum fat,combined with buried suture technique for double-fold eyelid plasty and indications,clinical efficacy and attention.Methods Design a mini-incision about 1 mm in both eyes’ upper eyelid in the lateral 1/3,the excess department of orbital septum fat of outer canthal resected by microsurgery instruments through the incision,and then combined with buried suture technique for double-fold eyelid plasty.Results After clinical application of this method for 15 cases with varying degrees of bloated upper eyelid,patients behaved with minor eye swelling and recovered rapidly;the normal work and learning were not affected.Follow-up 3 months to one year,the patients’ double eyelid folds were firmly and natural,no suture knot exposed,no significant surgical scar,no significant surgical scar,the patients were satisfactory.Conclusion Through the upper eyelid in the lateral 1/3 of an independent small incision to remove orbital fat,and then complete the double-fold eyelid plasty with buried suture technique was a minimally invasive surgery,the operation was fine,damage was small,the formation of the double eyelid folds were natural,no obvious signs of surgery were observed,it met with peoples’ beauty requirements.This surgery had expanded the indication of buried suture method,was particularly suitable for the patients had mild or moderate "bubble swollen eye" performance.

Objective To investigate the reason and prevention of complications of head and neck expander implant.Methods From May,2003 to October,2007,patients with expander implant in the skin soft tissues of head and neck were retrospectively reviewed.Results A total of 139 expanders were implanted in 68 patients.Complications caused by the expander included appearance(1 case),leaking(1 case),haematoma(2 cases)and infection(2 cases).Conclusion The complications induced by expander implanted in head and neck are more commonly occurred.The prevention and early detection of the complication are important to decrease its ineidence and the degree of damage.Moreover,surgeon's procedure and operational methods are main factors in the prevention of complications.
