目的:探讨脂滴包被蛋白(perilipin,PLIN)基因多态性与原发性高血压患者美托洛尔治疗后甘油三酯升高的相关性。方法:入选患者97例,服用美托洛尔缓释片100 mg·d-1,持续8周;服药前后分别测量血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平;直接测序法分析PLIN rs2304796 C>T多态性;使用SPSS 15.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:服用美托洛尔后,患者血浆TG较服药前升高[(2.05±2.42)vs(2.38±2.71)mmol·L-1,P=0.016)]。血糖、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C服药前后无明显变化。PLIN rs2304796 C>T多态性与美托洛尔服药后TG升高相关,其中,CC型携带者升高(0.23±1.02)mmol·L-1,CT型升高(0.26±1.07)mmol·L-1,TT型升高(1.40±3.21)mmol·L-1,P=0.047。结论:perilipin蛋白rs2304796 C>T多态性与美托洛尔服用后TG的升高相关,TT基因型携带者TG水平升高明显。
Objective: To study the effects of sustained-release tablets of metoprolol on HRV of essential hypertension patients.Methods: After 2-week drug wash-out,94 patients with essential mild-to-moderate hypertension received once-daily sustained-release tablets of fumarate metoprolol 95mg per day or sustained-release tablets of tartrate metoprolol 100mg per day for 8 weeks.The 24-hour ambulatory ECG was performed before and after 8 weeks treatment.Spectum of heart rate variability(24hours time domain and 5 minutes frequency domain) of total patients taking drugs was analyzed.Results: There was no significant differences in HRV before and after treatment between fumarate metoprolol and tartrate metoprolol.The 24-h average heart rate in all patients(n=94) was(76.27±8.18) bpm and(69.29±6.48) bpm after 8 weeks treatment,P0.0001.All patients had PNN50 increased,(5.6±4.8) ms vs(8.5±7.2)ms(P0.0001),while HF and LF/HF also significantly increased,(88.8±92.8) Hz vs(127.3±127.1) Hz(P=0.007) and(2.9±2.0) vs(2.1±2.1)(P=0.002) respectively.Conclusion: Sustained-release tablet of metoprolol not only decreases blood pressure but also shows beneficial effect on HRV.The acid radical doesn't have influence on the effect of sustained-release tablets of metoprolol on HRV in patients with primary hypertension.
Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism of Haptoglobin (Hp) gene and the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods One hundred and three patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography were enrolled in this study and 83 subjects without CHD were selected as control. Concentration of Hp was measured by IMMAGE of Beckman Coulter,Inc (American Beckman company). Hp phenotypes of individuals were analyzed by the technique of the deformation polyacrylamide gel of electrophoresis. Results The Plasma levels of Haptoglobin in the CHD group (93.98±53.10 mg/dL) was higher than the control group (68.88±43.83mg/dL) (p0.05). There were no significant differences in Hp Gene frequencies between two groups (P0.05). In the CHD group, the Gensini integrate score of Hp2-2 genotypic individuals(68.14±43.34) is significant higher than the Hp1-1/1-2(51.79±32.35)( p0.05). Conclusion: The plasma level of Hp is associated with the CHD. The Hp2-2 genotype has relationship with the stenosis degree of coronary artery in the extent of CHD of our small samples size study.
