In order to learn the evolution laws and genetic program of wheat cultivars,the wheat cultivars in Shandong province from 1950′s were analyzed.The results showed that the disease-resistance of wheat was promoted and plant height came to decreased;The contribution of primary characters of wheat to yield in evolution procession was grain number per spikematurity spikesweight of 1000 grainsplant height in 1950′s while the weight of 1000 grainsgrain number per spikematurity spikesplant height in present.Yield components tend to be reasonable and yield potential was improved.The heritability of plant height and length of main stem spike were higher,while that of yield potential was lower.
Hengbai 522 is the waxy corn inbred line derived from the local variety Hengbai Duosui,this inbred line has specialty of high combining ability,good comprehensive character,resistance to diseases and lodging,wide adaptation etc,the waxy maize hybrid of Yandan No.5(glutinous),Suyu(glutinous) No.1,Yunuo No.1,Yunuo No.2 etc which mated with Hengbai 522 had been abroad applied in the production.

It has been a central issue of perplexing the wheat breeding all the time that the breeding (periodicity) of the wheat is long. Studies to accelerate wheat ontogeny process in the past were mainly on (utilization) of variety characteristic or special geographical environment, (emphasis) were on meeting the (demand) of development of wheat, it seems more passive. This survey uses the wheat young (embryo) (leaving) the body and training technology to shorten wheat development (cycle). The result was: choose young (embryo) of 12~14 d effective age, put on PM culture media for 3~4 d , then in 8~10℃, under a (illumination) of 1000 lx ×24 h/d, vernalization treatment of 25~30 d, and the development is adjusted and controlled through transplanting seedlings. The wheat ontogeny (cycle) could be accelerated to five (generations) a year.

根据华北夏玉米区域试验材料,应用回归系数和性状相关的方法,研究了玉米杂交种7个农艺性状对其籽粒产量稳定性的影响.结果表明,大部分农艺性状与杂交种稳产性呈负相关,以穗行数和千粒重的影响最大,穗位高、穗长、株高和穗粒数的影响较小.在育种实践中,可加强对杂交种稳产性影响小而对籽粒产量影响大的性状进行选择,适当降低穗位高,增加穗粒数,有利于提高玉米杂交种产量的稳定性.
