The rotary mounting head is one kind of the multi-axis mounting head, and it is mainly applicable to the placement of the relatively small SMC/SMD. The image of the 12-axis is processed together synchronously in order to save the processing time of shooting and computing. Continuous grasping and placing in a working cycle decrease the movement time so that the efficiency of the placement can greatly be improved. The built-in vision system of the placement machine is used to perform the online accuracy test and compensation, resulting in great improvement of placement accuracy.
A light source that can help to get a high quality and great contrast image, is seriously important for analysis of sheety electronic components images. The design of the LED takes full consideration of influencing elements in industrial illuminance. According to different structures of sheety electronic components, we build a model and analyse the luminance by virtue of ZEMAX. The experiments of illuminance and analysis of binary images, demonstrate that this light source is suitable for the most of sheety electronic components and has gained better image effect.
