The seed reproduction and bud grafting were conducted to probe the effective propagation technique of Champedak for developing its scale production.The results showed that seed germination rate was extremely high,but seeding growth potential was weak.It can be propagated vegetatively by budding on seedling rootstocks of local jackfruit,the survival rate of the buddings was 76%,and Champedak buddings were stronger than seedlings.The bud grafting of Champedak could be used in production.
