The Management Software for Major Animal Disease Prevention and Control of Zhenzhou City is an office automation management software,which can record work information of animal disease prevention and control and related activities effectively,and moniter the situation of animal epidemic prevention dynamically.Through the operation of this software,the major animal epidemic risks can be identified,scientific early warning forecast information release,and extensive data support and proper measures provided in case of suspicious outbreaks.
应用新城疫IV系(Lasota株),新城疫油乳剂灭活苗,设计不同免疫程序,并对不同分组的鸡群进行免疫,免疫后每隔1周抽取20只鸡测定抗体,并分别选择抗体水平为31og2、41og2、51og2、61og2和71og2时进行攻毒。结果表明:第二免疫程序免疫鸡群效果优于第一组免疫程序免疫效果,鸡群后在二免第4周抗体都可以达到高峰,而后逐渐下降,二免第14周抗体降至5.81og2。攻毒试验表明,能够完全抵抗NDV攻击的ND抗体临界值为61og2。
