Introduced in this paper are the development of foreign clinical medical librarian program and the services it provides from its objective,service methods and evaluation,as well as the role of clinical medical librarians,the emergence of information specialist concept,and the services provided by information specialists in National Institute of Health of United States.Discussed are the necessity of providing services by medical subject librarians and the 5 roles they should play in such services.

大系统区别于一般复杂系统,在于其分解后的若干子系统往往具有高维数、多变量的特点,且存在相互制约的耦合关系。这样,各子系统优化结果的集合与大系统的目标并不一致。对此,研究了大系统的分解协调问题。首先将大系统分解,基于可靠度约束求得各子系统的优化结果,并将其以解耦参数形式传递给协调器进行全局协调优化,结果再以协调参数的形式反传给子系统,反复此过程直至收敛。将该方法应用于潜油行星减速器优化设计,取得了理想的效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of artificial nasolacrimal ductus stent for treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:32 cases of patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction,who were chosen from 2008 to 2009,underwent permanent artificial nasolacrimal duct stent placement through nasal cavity under local anesthesia.Then the clinical effect were followed up for three months.Results:Artificial nasolacrimal duct stent was successfully placed in 31 cases.After 3 months followed-up,no case with lacrimation was observed.Irrigation of duct stent showed that all of the 33 eyes were unobstructed.Conclusion:This technique of permanent artificial nasolacrimal duct was safe,effective with micro incision,which was worthy of being popularized.
