As the characteristics of serious large time delay and strong coupling for heat treatment process in the large bogie-heat resistance furnace, a kind method of PID neural network decoupling control, combined with the functions of stirring fans and the distribution of heating districts technology, is adopted in the paper, it successfully solves the coupled problem among the temperature of resistance furnace successfully, makes the system have the better decoupling properties. As well as the resistance furnace actual results shows that the system is high precision, reliability and stability, it can meet the request of super heat treatment equipment completely. The successful applications of the system in the super heat treatment equipment can also give valuable experience for manufacturing super heat treatment equipment and alteration in other field.
Preheating and stretching process is the key step of the product process of geogrid. To improve temperature control effect, a single parameter PID adaptive control algorithm is used in this article, which can easily be realized by software, and a temperature-speed double control system is brought in which based on the temperature-speed relation in the process of stretching. The temperature and speed can be kept at a best joint point by the way of adjusting the temperature and speed automatically in this system. It can largely improve the stability of the system and the stretching speed.
As the insufficiency of artificial methods for silkworm incubation, a new real-time monitoring system based on pre-evaluation compensation with gain self-adaptive control designed for silkworm incubation is introduced in this paper. The system enables silkworm regularly and automatic transposition for a 360-degree, and has light, temperature, wet-precise control. It also manages the sales process of the silkworm, with advantages of high reliability, low cost and flexibility control.
Focusing on the special technology requirements of large-scale heat treatment resistance furnace, a increment adaptive predicting compensation controller and limit amplitude output combination control strategy is provided in this article, which can solve the problems in temperature control such as large-time delay, heating nonhomogeneity in temperature field and so on. To meet different technology demands and to reduce cost, a way with the software configuration king 6.03 is provided in this article.
