Branched-chain amino acids are a type of essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize thus mainly relying on exogenous intake.The level of branched-chain amino acids in the circulating blood is closely relat-ed to insulin resistance,and the activation of mammalian rapamycin target protein complex 1 pathway is a key pathway for branched-chain amino acids to regulate insulin resistance.This article reviews the metabolic process of branched-chain a-mino acids and their roles and regulatory mechanisms in insulin resistance.
目的:探讨脑出血穿刺引流术后灌注尿激酶剂量和时间对患者预后的影响及临床应用价值.方法:选取脑出血患者30例在穿刺引流术后采用50000 U尿激酶灌注4 h方案为试验组,另外30例穿刺引流术后采用20000 U尿激酶灌注2 h方案为对照组,对比两组的血肿清除率、血肿清除时间、术后再出血、术后7 d格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)等方面的差异.结果:与对照组比较,试验组的血肿清除率更高、血肿清除时间更短、灌注次数更少,两组比较差异均有统计学意义;两组在术后7 d GCS、术后再出血率、颅内感染率、应激性溃疡发生率、病死率、格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)方面比较差异无统计学意义.结论:穿刺引流血肿清除术后采用50000 U尿激酶灌注4 h较20000 U尿激酶灌注2 h对于患者是安全的,治疗效果更佳,更适合在临床中应用.
