Under the market environment of low carbon, whether renewable energy can obtain the power for sustainable development, promote the goal of the whole society and make money for investors depends on the rational optimization of power investment capacity and achieving power generation resources coordinated scheduling. This study constructs an expansion model of the generation capacity investment taking oligopoly, policy tools, carbon emissions trading right and green certificate system into account and uses the case analysis of the impact of ETS mechanism and the Tradable Green Certificate mechanism on power generation enterprises investment capacity with Newton KKT interior-point method. This study can also provide a strong decision basis for policy making.
In this paper,after describing the effects of energy sustainable development on power system planning,a model for multi-objective power system expansion planning is proposed under low-carbon economy,which integrates the investment and operation cost,greenhouse gas emissions and energy diversity.Some low-carbon factors such as the cost of low-carbon power technology,carbon emission cost and demand-side management cost are added up to the cost objective function.On this basis,the compromise method is used to define the optimal scheme among the different objectives.In addition,an actual case is studies based on one provincial power system in China by applying the proposed model and the results prove it more feasible and effective for the sustainable development of future power system.
为吸引能效电厂关键利益主体积极参与能效电厂建设,长期有效地激发各方积极性,以能效电厂对分布式能源的3种控制方式为基础,提出了能效电厂商业化运营的各模块功能以及运营模式.分析了能效电厂的功能需求,将其分为计算机模块和能效电厂运行模块,并以2个模块的响应功能为支撑,构建了能效电厂的商业化运营模式.最后,结合我国的电力市场发展情况,分析能效电厂实施路径.
This article analyzes the impacts of regional micro-grid investment on power grid enterprises from investment,operation,equipment life,carbon emissions and other aspects.On this basis,indicators of the micro-grid based on demand-side response are built and the cost-benefit model is established from the perspective of operating cost-benefit,social cost-benefit,user cost-benefit and cost-benefit of distribution companies,respectively.Then,it incorporates demand-side response into the cost-benefit analysis of micro-grid investment,and constructs equality and inequality constraints for micro-grid planning.Finally,it chooses a case of micro-grid investment planning under the demand-side response of a certain area in China to prove validity and reasonableness of the model.
To the problem of loss allocation of inter-provincial transmission lines in interconnected power grid, this paper put forward the method of proportional allocation of loss power, which was used to analyze the loss of inter-provincial transmission lines in an interconnected power grid. At the same times, this paper analyzed the loss of inter-provincial transmission lines in an interconnected power grid, when generators participated in the loss allocation. And the method of loss allocation was certificated to be fair, reasonable, intuitive and simply. It have significant meaning for grid company to cut down the loss of inter-provincial transmission lines, analyze the composition of transmission cost, and draught the rational transmission pricing.
