The relevance of the issue is determined by the fact that an athlete possessing genetic and physiological abilities that were discovered in time can master a complex jumping program and execute it excellently at a high technical level. Therefore, it is important to mathematically substantiate the criteria for children enrollment to the sports schools. The Purpose of the Study is to determine indicators affecting sports readiness, to calculate their prognostic significance and to form criteria for the selection of jumpers into the water at the stage of initial training. Stuff Material and Methods. The research was organized over three stages in the period from January 2020 to December 2021, with the determination of the normative assessment of technical readiness, the conduct of an ascertaining pedagogical experiment and factor analysis, the calculation of multiple regression equations relative to the total coefficient of difficulty of arbitrary jumps and the average coefficient of the complexity of jumps. 139 boys (10,98±0,1 years; range: 9–13 years) and 96 girls (11,02±0,1 years; range: 9–13 years) beginners (schoolchildren) took part in the study. The number of athletes is divided by age groups: boys – 9 years old (n=25); 10 years (n = 30); 11 years (n = 30); 12 years (n = 31); 13 years old (n = 23); girls – 9 years old (n=16); 10 years (n=23); 11 years (n=18); 12 years (n=21); 13 years old (n=18). The study was organized and carried out with athletes of the Junior High School (Lviv) and Yantar Junior High School (Novoyavorivsk). During the educational and training meetings, testing and measuring of anthropometric indicators, determination of the speed of a simple sensorimotor reaction and conscious self-regulation of sensorimotor activity, research of vestibular stability were carried out. All measurements were taken before training in the morning and in the afternoon at 9:00 and 15:00. According to the Results of the Research, the indicators that have prognostic significance for the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the stage of improving their sports training have been determined. The total indicators of physical fitness, the nystagmus amplitude during and after turning to the right, the speed of a simple motor reaction have been included. The comprehensive assessment obtained by calculating multiple regression equations has a high prognostic value and is an effective method of predicting the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the stage of initial sports training. Conclusions. It is proved that the comprehensive assessment obtained by calculating multiple regression equations has a high prognostic value and is an effective method of predicting the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the initial sports training stage.
Analysis of the scientific literature has shown that weightlifters who specialize in pushing weights over a long cycle to develop special endurance use the interval method of training in lifting weights. In contrast to this technique, it is proposed to alternate the interval and uniform method, the introduction at the special preparatory stage and in the competitive period of competitive actions in modes - one in a microcycle lasting over 5 minutes and the other during the stage lasting over 10 minutes. Analysis of the protocols of the World Weightlifting Championships for the period from 2016 to 2020 showed that they are the current champions of Ukraine and winners of world championships. The closest results to the standard of the master of sports of the international class are that the athlete of a weight category to 78 kg lacked only 1 rise, athletes of weight categories to 63 and 85 kg did not have enough on the 2 lifts, weight category over 95 kg did not have enough 8 lifts, weight category to 68 lifts was not enough for 68 kg, 13 lifts were not enough for the weight category up to 68 kg, 28 lifts were not enough for the weight categories up to 95 kg. The results of Ukrainian weightlifters remained insufficiently high. This determined the need to explore current issues to improve the training process of the national team of Ukraine in weightlifting. The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of methods for developing special endurance weightlifters who specialize in pushing weights over a long cycle and develop exercises that will further qualitatively and professionally perform at world-class competitions. Our study showed that the application of our proposed exercises, duration of approaches, and rest intervals between them have a positive training effect to improve athletic performance, as well as the development of functional training of athletes, which will further contribute to their special endurance in world competitions.
Introduction: Providing troops with modern military equipment, technical means of transportation has greatly facilitated the implementation of many elements of military activities by servicemen, but at the same time contributed to some negative impact on their body and psyche, increased the need for general and special physical training [2, 3]. The need for integrated use of physical education and sports is well known and scientifically sound. The system of physical training of troops as a component of professional activity ensures the functioning of personnel in accordance with the requirements of physical fitness. Thus, the topical issue is to improve the content of physical training of cadets of military colleges of sergeants, taking into account the categories of servicemen.Purpose: Determining and improving the dynamics of general and special physical fitness of cadets, taking into account the categories of servicemen. Results: A study of the level of physical fitness of cadets of the military college of sergeants showed that during the training of cadets in the first year indicators of general and special physical fitness have positive changes, but no significant difference was found (p > 0.05).
Keeping military units in constant combat readiness requires the leadership of the armed forces to find new approaches to the organization, structure and content of physical training. Research on the relationship between indicators of physical fitness of servicemen and their readiness to perform tasks assigned to them by domestic and foreign experts proves the need to improve the content of sets of tests of general and professionally applied physical fitness. The purpose of the study was to identify areas for improving the content of physical training in the armed forces of foreign countries to improve the combat readiness of servicemen. Research methods. Methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature were used for the research. In total, more than 60 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 22 sources of literature, including 15 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods. Results. The study found that in the armed forces of NATO, the United States and Canada, physical fitness is considered one of the most important indicators of the readiness of personnel to perform professional tasks. One of the main strategies of physical training is to minimize the negative impact of real situation factors on the overall performance and combat readiness of personnel, which becomes especially important in conditions of long, continuous combat operations. Conclusions. The necessity of simplification of the domestic system of physical training with simultaneous substantiation of validity of tests for an estimation of the general and professionally applied physical fitness of military men is defined.
IntroductionThe practice of physical readiness testing is characterized by the confrontation between the method of control exercises selection and the determining ways of individual and total assessment. The need of systematization and transformation of the majority of control exercises in the practical use for selecting the appropriate assessment criteria requires adjustments in the system of governing documents for physical training. One of the main problems of Military Forces of Ukraine for today is the reformation of training and education process of cadets who are the future officers of this country. Supplying of military elements with sophisticated equipment, its improvement, the necessity of permanent support of military readiness require the careful improvement of combat training. Modern warfare, which are currently under way, increase the value of professionally important qualities of each officer. The use of physical exercises for improvement of military-professional readiness of soldiers has begun long time ago as historical experience for combat training shows. In spite of the changes of weapons, military equipment, methods and tactics of warfare the value of physical qualities of soldiers for the successful combat activities steadily increased requiring specific differentiation as preceding studies show [1, 2, 5].The most important function of monitoring is to evaluate the degree of compliance with the requirements for professional education results of military specialists. The test and evaluation system of physical readiness of soldiers took complicated historical way of its development. Each stage of its development has got different concepts for the selection of control exercises and establishing the evaluation standards for the system of physical training [6, 7].However, it does not offer the possibility to determine the level of physical skills and motor activities, to evaluate it in terms of objectives, to make necessary adjustments in the means and methods of physical training at any stage of the process. Therefore, the theory of physical qualities' transfer should be the leading concept of test and evaluation system of physical readiness of military personnel. It shows positive impact of certain physical qualities to workability in the conditions of warfare.During the reformation of Military Forces of Ukraine there is an opportunity to refuse the old methods of verification and assessment of physical readiness and to implement the most effective ways of evaluation and verification of the soldiers of Military Forces of Ukraine. Thus the search results allow us to insist on the necessity of development of programs, standards and tests for the Army, which would determine the degree of basic physical qualities of military personnel of various specialties and the degree of their workability according to the chosen specialty [4].Materials and methodsAccording to the requirements of the General Staff of the Military Forces of Ukraine and under the way of improvement and intensification of special physical training of troops we have developed new exercises (Table 1), which are closely related to the actions and movements of troops during combat missions (including head-to-head techniques and obstacles overcoming). From September 2014 to April 2015 at the National ArmyAcademy we have conducted the testing of elaborated standards of physical readiness with the usage of personal protective equipment (Corsar-type body armor and metal or Kevlar helmet) and weapon. During the study analysis methods, questionnaires, interviews and statistical processing were used. Testing was carried out during the scheduled classes on physical training, sports activities, and accompanying physical training in the combination with other items of combat (professional) training. This study involved 698 cadets of the Faculties of Combat Arms, Rocket and Gun Artillery, Combined Arms, and Military Engineering and CBRN Defense. …
