This paper explains the basic features and treatment difficulties of semi-coke waste water and introduces pre-treatment of feedstock ammonia,treatment of deamination and dephenolization,pre-treatment of distilled ammonia waste water,biochemical treatment,post treatment and advanced treatment technology.By adopting the above treatment technology,the treated water quality can meet the national discharge standard.

Based on the serious situation of the non-point pollution in Haicheng City in Liaoning Province,and through investigating and analyzing the source of chemical pollution,the non-point pollution loading of each area was calculated.Then the equivalent standard pollution loading and index of pollutants were adopted to evaluate the pollutants comprehensively,GIS was used for pollution division,so as to made clear the spatial distribution of chemical fertilizer pollution in Haicheng and put forward corresponding pollution control measures.
