Experimental teaching is an important method on cultivating students’ creativity. However, there are many disadvantages in traditional experimental teaching, which are not suitable for the creative education. It is demanded to strengthen the reform of experimental teaching and improve student’s innovative ability. The teaching model and other factors have been reformed in our experimental classes. We hope to get a new way that could cultivate student’s creativity by experimental teaching.
实验教学作为全面素质教育的重要手段,其目的是培养学生应用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,培养科技创新及独立工作的能力.但目前的实验教学模式存在许多与全面素质教育不相适应的地方,随着高等药学教育的改革,科学技术的不断发展,素质教育的实现,对实验教学提出了更高的要求,因此改革实验教学模式,培养21世纪实用型创新型人才成了当务之急.
以建构主义"以学生为中心"的教学理论为指导,从实验教学目标的确立、实验教学选题、实验教学方法选择三方面,探讨了药学高职综合设计性实验教学模式的构建.
目的以水溶性高分子材料PEG-6000和PEG-4000为基质,研究苯巴比妥滴丸的最佳制备工艺.方法通过对苯巴比妥滴丸制备过程的实验,以滴丸的成型、圆整度、重量差异为筛选指标,以药液的保温温度、滴制速度、药物与基质的最佳配比为主要考察因素,对苯巴比妥滴丸的制备工艺进行优选,并讨论了影响滴丸成型、圆整度及丸重差异的其他因素.结果药物与基质的最佳配比为1:5、药液保温温度为90~95℃、滴制速度为50drops·min-1,为最佳制备工艺条件.按照此优化条件制备的苯巴比妥滴丸成型率最高.结论此制备工艺设备简单,操作方便,不仅适合于苯巴比妥滴丸的制备,也同样适合于其他滴丸产品的实验室制备及工业化生产.
Aim To study the technological parameters of the chloramphenicol otic drop pills in using the PEG6000 as matrics. Methods The process was studied by a series of tests with the formations,the round and the weight deviation of otic drop pills as the cvaluation quota to decide the best dropping condition, and the three factors were the temperature of mixture, the dropping speed of drop pills and the formulation ingredients .The formation and rounduess of pills as well as their weight deviation are discussed. Results The results showed that in order to get the highest moulding probability of the Chloramphenicol otic drop pills, the optimal process was that the Chloramphenicol otic drop pills should be dropped into the mixture of 80~90℃ by 50 dropping per minute with the formulation ingredients of 1 ∶3. Conclusions This preparation method is simple,convenient and can be controlled easily. It is suitable for both the laboratory test and industrial production.
我校药学系属高等专科教育,学制3年.自1999年成立以来,共开设了16门基础课,9门药学专业课,3门选修课.在基础课程中医用化学占据了相当重要的位置,有<有机化学>、<分析化学>、<无机化学>、<生物化学>、<物理化学>等.由于学习内容多,学习难度也较大.
