提出了一种由π型匹配枝节、整流二极管、直通滤波器组成的高效大功率宽带整流电路.采用2只HSMS-282P肖特基二极管桥设计单级倍压整流电路,使电路在整流效率不下降的情况下提升输入的功率容量;采用π型匹配枝节实现阻抗匹配,使电路具有宽频特性,同时其并联短路枝节可以作为输入滤波器,实现小型化和整流效率的提高.直通滤波器用于抑制基频和二极管非线性产生的高次谐波,以提高整流效率.实测结果表示:在2.05~2.6 GHz带宽内整流效率大于60%;在2.45 GHz工作频率和35 dBm输入功率下,整流电路在330Ω负载上获得70%的整流效率.该整流电路具有整流效率高、功率容量大、频带宽的特性,可为工程人员设计大功率微波整流电路提供设计指导.

2019与2020年交替之际,一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情却悄然出动,迅速蔓延.疫情引起了党中央的高度重视,国家采取了史无前例的严格防控措施,打响了前所未有的、全国军民人人投身的战"疫".疫情也引起了国际社会的严重关注,世界卫生组织在当地时间2020年1月30日晚,将这次新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情宣布为"国际关注的突发公共卫生事件"(PHEIC).
我国现有注册船员超过157.5万人,是航运业的主力军.受新冠肺炎疫情影响,我国航运业发展受到冲击,船员法律权益保障也受到影响.特别是近年来,航海类院校学生愿意上船的比率逐年降低,关注船员法律权益保障,是维护船员队伍稳定、推动航运业高质量发展的现实需要.笔者从国内相关法律、国际公约角度,结合船员在疫情中遭遇的权益损害,归纳了工伤认定、合同履行、工作报酬、法规完善等四个方面的问题,并提出对策.
海员是国家重要战略资源,是国家安全海上方向的重要力量,减免海员个税、提升海员待遇是近十年来全国"两会"和国家相关主管部门一直关注的问题.本文分析了我国海员个税的现状及存在问题、海员减免税费的重大意义,提出了解决我国海员个税问题的思路和建议.
The discontinuity of the coaxial exposure cavity was analyzed using FDTD algorithm, and its structure design and simulation calculation of the coaxial exposure carried out using CST software. Using N type RF connector, the inner and outer conductor is supported by the opening structure. Under the excitation of wide band signal source, the electromagnetic field of TEM mode with arbitrary frequency and intensity can be produced in coaxial cavity. During the design, by FDTD algorithm and CST software simulation, the transmission performance of UWB coaxial exposure cavity is repeatedly optimized, and resultantly,S11of under-10 dB is obtained over the DC-6 GHz frequency range.
In this paper,the FEC coding program based on AVR microcontroller-Atmega16,which employes Hamming code(12,8,4) and interleaving method is designed,and tested in industrial environment.The test results demonstrate that the reliability of wireless communication system can effectively improved by using FEC coding.
A novel UWB asymmetric CPW-slotline(ACPW-slotline) transition is proposed to transform electromagnetic energy between ACPW and slotline.The S-parameters of ACPW-slotline transition is calculated over the frequency range of 1~12 GHz using finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method based on PML absorbing boundary condition.The results show that the ratio of slot width of ACPW has great effect on the performance of ACPW-slotline transition.Compared with symmetric CPW-slotline transition,impendence matching of the proposed transition is improved,the bandwidth is broadened,and the design is more flexible.
目的为探讨矿井电磁环境对人体的作用,保护井下矿工的身体健康。方法对矿井内主要的电磁辐射源进行分类,分析电磁辐射对人体的生物学效应可能对井下矿工身体的影响,结合国内外电磁辐射作业的有关安全标准。结果给出了矿井内的电磁辐射安全防护措施。结论应重视矿井电磁辐射对人体健康的影响。
The paper discusses the electromagnetic interference caused by the cable leakage,electric spark,voltage fluctuation,as well as the start-and-stop of large equipments analyzes the time delay,fading and loss of electromagnetic wave propagation in accordance with the structure of the mine,tent law,location of antenna,coal and concrete electric parameters,electromagnetic scattering features of smut,vapor and fogdrop.Based on mine electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic wave refraction theory,the conclusion is achieved that the loss of horizontal polarization is lower than that of vertical polarization,and the higher the frequency,the more the loss.In consideration of the installation factors,the right location of antenna is in upper part of the tunnel with a certain distance away from the top.
An asymmetric coplanar waveguide(ACPW) transition was designed to further improve the connecting flexibility of coplanar waveguide(CPW)-slotline.The S-parameters of transition of symmetric CPW-slotline(SCPW-slotline) and ACPW-slotline between 3~8 GHz were calculated by using finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method based on Mur-PML absorbing boundary condition.Results show that the calculated value matches well with the measured value,and transition of ACPW-slotline is superior to that of SCPW-slotline in respect of flexibility of design and impendence match.
To solve the conundrums such as complicacy of the feeding network and difficulty in realization about circularly polarized micro-strip antenna array, an antenna array for broadband global area network(BGAN)mobile ground terminal was developed.The circularly polarized radiation could be obtained by singlefed square patch with corner-truncated,and a stacked patch antenna array was constructed by using serially fed and sequentially rotated technique by adopting 3D transition mechanism.The impedance(VSWR≤2) bandwidth and axial ratio(AR≤3 dB) bandwidth could be achieved more than 35% and 20%,respectively.The measured results show that the VSWR is less than 1.5 and the gain is better than 13 dB in the whole international maritime satellite organization(INMARSAT) communication operating bands.The measured results have a good agreement with the simulated results.
作为<船员奈例>的主要起草人之一,通过对<船员条例>在与国际公约和国际惯例接轨方面的立法思考和立法实践的分析,介绍分析现行<船员条例>与国际劳工组织(ILO)<2006年海事劳工公约>关联的内容、在实施<船员条例>时需要注意的问题并提出了今后进一步将国际劳工组织公约转化为本国法律的立法展望和建议.
A novel broadband 8mm E-plane T-junction waveguide with off-center ferrite discs was developed.From analysis and the simulation of HFSS9,the performance of the circulator was gained approximately.Good agreement between the simulation and the result of measurement was observed.The results of experiment show that the method is useful to widen frequency band.Compared with early E-plane T-junction circulator,the circulator has a better performance in VSWR,isolation and insertion loss(VSWR1.4,isolation17dB,insertion loss0.7dB)in a rather wide frequency band(27.1-29.1GHz).
