Biochemistry is a fundamental and compulsory course for students who major in biology-related specialties. Biochemistry experiment plays a key role in the studies of this course. In order to cultivate excellent students to satisfy the need of this modern world, we performed a tentative reform in biology experiment teaching according to the present situation in our college. Results show that this reform can obviously improve the teaching quality of biochemical experiment.

<正>微生物实验教学在生物工程学科中占有重要的地位,因此我校将微生物实验教学作为生物工程专业的单列骨干实验课程,并且为了贯彻创新与设计的素质教育模式,积极推动了包括微生物实验教学在内的实验课程改革。本文就从设计基础建立,设计特征与基本要求,以及设计目的与应用价值三方面,探讨如何通过教材与教学法改革,来达到从传统的按部就班验证的培养模式到科学的设计思维的引导培养模式的转化,希望对微生物实验教学改革提供一定的参考。

In the experiment of CPP preparation, the method of rebuilding teaching material and teaching plan from simple testing style to designing style is studied. The teaching effect and problems in the teaching process are also analysed.
Three methods of cell proliferating measurement were compared with samples of hepatocellular carcinoma ( SMCC-7721 ). The method using trypan blue was not efficient for large samples and was more incidental in error calculation because of similar shapes of microbeads. As the colorimetric reagent of MTT was not water- soluble, it was difficult to control the uniformity in isopropyl alcohol, which might get the result far from the veracity. Floating of microbeads by violent mixture in the solution also affected the veracity. In comparison, MTS was not only more efficient in cell proliferation study in this loading environment by anti-jamming the effect of microbeads, it also had higher reliability, which showed no observable difference from the traditional method of trypan blue.

The magnetic microspheres may be an alternative of cancer cure, with better anticancer efficacy and less side effects as vehicles for the targeting drug agent. This paper reviewed and evaluated the preparations, properties and applications of magnetic microspheres with natural polymers as carriers. And it was discussed to relative questions in researching work.
控制微球粒径和外加磁场引导制备具有靶向于肺部的利福平壳聚糖磁微球.用超声混匀-乳化-化学交联技术制备,正交设计实验并引入理想函数对评价微球的重要质量指标进行归一化处理,得到较佳的制备工艺条件.在壳聚糖浓度、乳化剂用量一定的条件下,对总优化指数DF影响最大的是原料配比,其次是搅拌速度和固化剂用量,而水/油体积比则影响很小.经过优化制得的微球,在光镜下观察呈褐色且分散性良好,粒径为12.36±4.68μm,DP为0.379,载药量和包封率分别为8.80%,44.0%;在体外4000×10-4T磁场作用下的运动距离是6~8 cm/min;其体外释放符合Higuichi方程,Q=5.3433 t1/2+3.0145,r=0.9875.该制剂可能成为临床结核病治疗的一种新的靶向制剂.
The relative characater of silk fibroin in biomedical application is discussed ,which focuses on the problems about biocompatibility and degradation mechanism while silk fiber is used in vitro .As the result,it is easier to keep the biocompatibility of silk fibroin by the characater of multiple styles of crystallizes and construct the net structure. The modification of membrane structure of other natural material is also discussed. as well as the chemical way in the main application statue in drug-loading material , artifical organ or tissue scaffold. The degrading of silk fibroin in vitro is also controlled by the temperature and mechanical enviroment as well as the chemical component,and it is should be more comprehensive with the factors of biomechanic and biorheology as well as that of biochemical taken into considered in the investigation of transformation mechanism of silk in vitro.
研制与水溶性高分子骨架材料、药物有良好生物相容性的磁靶向缓释药物载体材料--水基磁流体.选择聚乙二醇(PEG-4000)作表面活性剂和稳定剂,采用化学共沉淀-超声分散法,通过对磁流体的磁性和稳定性影响较大的因素如浓度、pH、温度、反应时间、表面活性剂等的研究,并结合STM、IR、Gouy磁天平和分光光度法等测试手段对制得的磁流体进行了分析,提出了水基磁流体的最佳制备工艺条件.结果为:在恒温50 ℃和2 500~3 000 r/min搅拌下,加入10%的PEG-4000,控制反应物浓度为0.24 mol*dm-3,用NH3*H2O调溶液pH为10~11,反应20~30 min,可得到粒径为(80±10) nm,饱和磁化强度为36.2×103 A/m,稳定性高、磁响应强的水基药用磁纳米粒子.
