Presentation of Case An eighteen-month-old female child was admitted to the hospital because of an abdominal mass and jaundice. Six weeks previously there was an episode of intestinal grippe characterized by a fever of 103°F., diarrhea and occasional vomiting. Presentation of Case An eighteen-year-old boy entered the hospital because of pain and swelling in the right buttock. Two years previously the patient fell while ice skating, striking the right sacral region, which was tender for a few days. Nine months later he backed into an open door and struck the same area, with subsequent pain and tenderness. One year before admission progressive swelling began in the right buttock. Presentation of Case A sixty-four-year-old woman entered the hospital because of hematuria and dysuria. Four years previously a simple cyst of the left kidney, 8 cm. in diameter, was demonstrated on an intravenous pyelogram (Fig. 1).
