Future airfields will become increasingly intrigued with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) due to their versatility. These robots can conduct a multitude of tasks, including carrying out strategic reconnaissance, offering telecommunications links, and aiding in metrological research, as well as finding and mapping resources, detecting forest fires, monitoring natural disasters, and defending borders, to name a few. When UAVs fly at low altitudes, they usually have multiple abilities, such as on-site information gathering, target classification, photogrammetric survey, or audio broadcasting. They may be better equipped to help with emergency management or disaster relief. In the case of low Reynolds number flights, the airfoil plays a crucial role in generating lift. This article presents an approach using open source/free software and commercial software ANSYS to evaluate and choose the airfoil for low Reynolds number flight designs and suggests a set of criteria used to evaluate the airfoils. Based on the maximum lift-to-drag ratio, we selected three different airfoils for further studies. The numerical simulations of the flow around the obtained/selected 2D airfoils (Eppler-326, Eppler-333, and Marske7) were carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, Analysis system (ANSYS), at Reynolds number 2 x 10(5). From the results, the recorded maximum coefficient of lift for Eppler-326, Eppler-333, and Marske7 airfoils are 1.1584, 1.3468, and 1.0391 at stall angle of attack (12). Applications were demonstrated through the successful selection of a suitable airfoil (Eppler-333) for the design and development of a flying wing that achieved a maximum coefficient of lift of 1.34. For the design and development of flying wing applications, the Eppler-333 airfoil is highly recommended
Newspaper is one of the most important sources of getting knowledge and current affairs, that has become essential part of our life. Newspaper is extremely helpful for the students to increase their language skill and to know facts happing in the world. The present study is as questionnaire survey based, total 112 questionnaires were distributed among the users of Bharat Ratna Sh. Gulzari Lal Nanda Library and 102 filled valid questionnaires were received. The study also shows up that most of the users prefer to consent library to read newspaper and for preparing their competitive examination.
Electronic resources have become an important part of a library collection. The value and use of these resources have increased significantly, especially in the prevailing COVID-19pandemic period. The article discusses a study conducted to explore the status of e-resources in select university libraries of Haryana. This study is based on primary data collected using a self-designed questionnaire from three well-established, multi-disciplinary state universities of Haryana, namely Kurukshetra University (KUK), Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), and Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU).The study did find Vivekananda Library of MDU to be equipped with maximum hardware infrastructural facilities as compared to other two university libraries. All the three university libraries are automated and using LIBSYS software. E-ShodhSindhu is subscribed by all the university libraries. Libraries of KUK and MDU provide links of open access databases such as Directory of Open Access Repositories (DOAR), Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and National Digital Library of India (NDLI). MDU library and CDLU library are subscribing maximum e-book databases. E-journals are subscribed on perpetual access basis with archives by libraries of MDU and CDLU. The study further found that all university libraries take the feedback from their users regarding continuation or discontinuation of e-resources. Results of the study also reveal that only MDU library has permanent full-time librarian whereas other two university libraries are looked after by professor-in-charge of their universities, given the additional charge of librarian. The universities’ libraries of Haryana need to subscribe more e-resources and appoint full-time librarian so as to better serve their users in the post COVID-19, new normal situation.
Now days consumers are more conscious for their health and maintaining a better quality of life. They prefer to consume the products which are healthy for them, their family and will help them to attain maximum satisfaction. Money is not a limiting factor as far as food, cosmetic and medicinal products preserving health are concerned. The current scenario shows an inclination of consumer's interest towards the consumption of herbal and eco-friendly products which do not have side effects. This particular tendency has been responsible for extraordinary popularization of Patanjali products and generated curiosity to find out the attributes responsible for such revolutionary trends of Patanjali products. So the need was felt to study the consumer perception towards Patanjali products. The perception of consumer regarding attributes of Patanjali products were found satisfactory . V arious product attributes met with consumer expectations. All the consumers of medicinal products have safe investment attitude. Food product users have positive attitude and cosmetic product users have carefree attitude towards these products. Medicinal products were consumed basically with the attitude to acquire good health, food products to gain complete satisfaction with consumption and cosmetic products consume in order to use something new.
Consumer buying behaviour is the sum total of a consumer's attitudes, preferences, intentions, and decisions regarding the consumer's behaviour in the marketplace when purchasing a product or service. Presently consumers are more conscious for their health and maintaining the quality of life. They prefer to consume the products which help them to protect the good state of their health as well as provide maximum satisfaction. This particular tendency has been responsible for extraordinary popularization of Patanjali products. Patanjali products are pure and effective that satisfies the needs of consumers without affecting environment and health of consumers. In this study an attempt has been made to know the consumer buying behaviour towards Patanjali products. For this a survey was conducted on 90 randomly selected consumers who consume the Patanjali products since its starting in Pantnagar market (February, 2008). This paper studies the decision making process and the factors affecting the consumer decision process for Patanjali products. The findings of the study revealed that half of the respondents among the total sample reported to purchase Patanjali products due to their medicinal value. Half of the respondents reported that neighbours/relatives/family members were the major source of information about Patanjali products. Patanjali products have been evaluated as better quality and medicinal value of products by 40 per cent and 33.33 per cent respondents respectively. Advice and preference of family members and past experience with products are the major factors affecting decision making process whereas price, brand, advertisement, festive occasion and purchasing pattern as affecting factors were only reported by few of respondents.
Mycorrhiza is a symbiotic or mutualistic association between the fungus and the roots of the plants (Brundrett, 2004). The first drawings of mycorrhiza were provided by Nageli (1842). The word mycorhiza was first time used by Frank (1885) for the symbiotic association of certain fungi with the roots of plants. The Greek word „Mycorrhizen‟ means „fungus root‟. Kelley (1931, 1950) incorporated second „r‟ in the word “mycorrhiza” and carried out a thorough discussion of the derivation of this word. Frank (1887) recognized distinction between ectotrophic and endotrophic mycorrhiza which included ericaceous and orchid mycorrhiza.
