Resource plays an important role for product design. In order to manage distributed and ocean resource for product design in an open and dynamic interconnection environment, resource integration framework is proposed. Resource depicted through matrix is presented in resource space. The matrix description, combination, integration, semantic reasoning and semantic search on resource are studied. According to resource space model, a fuzzy decision-based method is proposed to decide which resource is the most optimal. Finally, an example on product design of eddy current retarder is given to testify the validity of distributed resource management for product design.
Characteristic part family definition, part family master model feature diagram and XML stored document of master model are given for product variant design. Then, variant design process of part family is elaborated, including searching similar parts and the similarity retrieval mechanism which are studied for the product variant design of part family. Finally, the standard part family and business part family are developed through Java, Pro/E, SQL Server and an example on product variant design is given to testify the validity of characteristic part family and similarity retrieval mechanism.
The key of variant design is to acquire design knowledge,which includes important design drawings,design experience,design data,subject criteria and so on.Specific to the shortages that the design knowledge can't be transmitted to the proper designer at proper time in the current variant design system,a framework based on knowledge active propelling driven by workflow is proposed and the layers are analyzed.Then a variant active propelling mode is proposed,in which a knowledge active propelling model supporting variant design is established based on workflow and knowledge propelling.Finally an example of variant design for eddy current retarder is provided to realize knowledge active propelling.
The communion and sharing of knowledge is an important precondition to innovate. Innovation needs the flow and collision of knowledge. The flow is not aimless, but orderly through control. In order to manage distributed and ocean knowledge in an open and dynamic interconnection environment, resource space is used in knowledge modeling. On the basis of process model and characteristics of knowledge flow, state variables are chosen. According to the model, the contents and direction of knowledge flow can be controlled and the proper knowledge can be transferred from proper knowledge provider to proper knowledge receiver. Finally, an example on collaborative design of eddy current retarder is given to testify the validity of process control of knowledge flow.
The requirement to select the most optimal workflow for the operation between distributed and heterogeneous workflow management system is analyzed firstly. A fuzzy integrated optimizing control-based method is proposed to decide which workflow is the most optimal. The method can make up the shortages of modem decision methods that can't make full use of the fuzzy information. The whole process that how to implement fuzzy integrated optimizing control is analyzed. Especially the establishment and the computation of fuzzy integrated optimizing matrix are studied. Finally, an example illustrates the application of the fuzzy integrated optimizing control in workflow management system that is based on Web Service.
A taboo search scheduling algorithm is proposed for scheduling operations of products with intree assembly structure. The neighbor search part of the algorithm takes a "shifting-subtree" technique to avoid incurring infeasible solutions; composed dispatching rules are introduced to get high quality initial solutions, which is critical for taboo search. In addition, parts and corresponding assemblies on the assembly tree are integrated as composite jobs, which simplifies the scheduling program greatly. The computation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
The relationship between knowledge-flow and task of collaborative design was analyzed. In order to control knowledge-flow in collaborative design,a resource space model was used to depict knowledge and a method to depict knowledge through matrix was presented in the resource space model,which could control and manage the contents of knowledge-flow conveniently. Collaborative design was driven by workflow. Through integration between knowledge-flow and workflow,an integrated control panel was presented and two integrated control algorithms for knowledge-flow and workflow were given. Finally,a prototype system was developed to assist to control knowledge-flow in collaborative design and the control of knowledge-flow in collaborative was realized.
According to the shortages of the fuzzy information processing in workflow management system,the requirement to select the most optimal workflow for the interoperation between distributed and heterogeneous workflow management system is analyzed firstly.Then,a fuzzy decision-based method is presented to decide which workflow is the most optimal and the whole process to implement fuzzy decision is studied.Finally,a workflow prototype system is developed and fuzzy decision-based information communicated between heterogeneous workflow management systems is realized.
According to the shortcoming that the existing workflow model lacks the unified standard in supporting process definition and process analysis,a method of the workflow modeling based on EPC is proposed,the definition of the sequence route and the parallel degree in EPC process chain are presented,the workflow process model based on the EPC modeling is established,finally a workflow prototype system based on the EPC is realized by the J2EE platform,and a workflow modeling example used in the product cooperative designing of eddy current retarder is given.
A workflow process model of agricultural machinery product cooperative design based on the web is established, a software realization structure in the system is presented and the key technologies used in the system is elaborated, finally an agricultural machinery product cooperative designing workflow management system is realized through the J2EE platform and a modeling example used in the cooperative designing of rotary cultivator is introduced.
Aimed at the existing auto parts designing supported by knowledge,a novel framework of knowledge integration system for designing auto parts is proposed.The main functions and key technologies of the system are studied.Finally,the development of a prototype system of knowledge integration that is used to design eddy current retarder is introduced.
To effectively control distributed and heterogeneous flow of knowledge in network environment,resource space model was introduced to depict knowledge in network environment,and a method was presented to depict knowledge matrix in resource space model.In terms of process control modeling elements of knowledge-flow,process control model of network knowledge-flow was constructed.Finally,the study results were used in eddy current retarder collaborative design,and a prototype system was developed to support the control of network knowledge-flow in product collaborative design.
In order to solve single function problem of both collaborative design(CD) system and knowledge management(KM) system,an integrated platform supported by each other was built for their development in phase.The trait of knowledge materialization and the viewpoint of knowledge process were both considered according to the requirement of knowledge management for collaborative design process.Knowledge management system function model and knowledge management integration model for collaborative design were proposed.Then,the integration of knowledge resources and special design processes was realized via knowledge resource metadata technology and business view technology of knowledge.For the knowledge process management mainly aiming at tacit knowledge activities management,the knowledge process was modeled and integrated with the collaborative design process.A case study of an automotive part manufacturing illustrated the knowledge management application for collaborative design process.
Knowledge-based product design was analyzed.Aiming at the shortage that the knowledge can not be pushed actively to the proper designer at the proper time,a knowledge active push framework based on knowledge management and driven by workflow was proposed and the main layers were analyzed.At the same time,the organization and management of knowledge were discussed.A novel knowledge active push method driven by workflow was presented,and the control model built for active push of knowledge was given.The design task,design subtask,designer and design knowledge were analyzed,and their data structures were established.Text similarity computation based on context framework model was extended to product design field.A text similarity computing method based on design object was proposed and used to match proper knowledge for the designer.Finally,a prototype system,which was integrated through knowledge management and workflow,was developed and an example of eddy current retarder design was given to realize the active push of knowledge.
Research about development of the intelligent search engine based on ontology in parts-library were proposed,and a system architecture of the search engine was designed.Ontology is one of the most useful tools to remove information-sharing obstacles caused by heterogeneous descriptions for parts information.A four-layered descriptive ontology model was set up to deal with general-parts information and the following layers were described in detail: domain layer,event layer,category layer and concept layer.A six-factor intelligent search model for erecting user interfaces and the search logical flow were established.Mapping between the four-layered descriptive ontology model and the six-factor intelligent search model was discussed.A system based on the above theory was developed.Application of the system in an enterprise showed that the four-layered descriptive ontology model is able to describe general-parts information rationally and roundly,and that the six-factor intelligent search model is comparatively similar to nature languages,so the intelligent search engine based on ontology in parts-library according to these methods can improve the efficiency of Web parts-library.
In order to extend the utility of Web parts-library,a novel idea which developed diversified Application Service Provider(ASP) graphics services based on Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML) models of the parts and components in parts-library was proposed.The contents of graphics services were analyzed.According to the characteristics and structure of VRML model,the architecture for ASP graphics services platform based on VRML model was established.Several basic algorithms involved in some graphics services in the platform were discussed in detail.Based on these studies,a parts search engine oriented to VRML models in the parts-library was developed,and an application case in the system was used to indicate the effectiveness of the system and the algorithms.
分析现有基于实例推理的产品设计系统,针对其缺乏对实例功能、行为等描述的缺点提出面向实例推理的产品设计本体模型,并利用本体技术建立基于实例推理的产品设计实例本体及产品设计实例本体模型.依照产品设计特点研究产品设计实例本体模型的重要性质,依据实例推理的产品设计给出基于本体的产品设计实例本体检索机制.在检索中利用本体模型的EDCOM数组,通过相似度算法进行匹配找出合适的产品设计实例,在本体模型库维护中给出本体模型的集成算法.最后以汽车零部件企业为实例,并利用本体技术开发了基于实例推理的产品设计原型系统,通过设计系统的产品设计要求、检索实例等功能模块实现了基于实例推理的产品设计.

The mathematical model of braking torque on eddy current retarder is analyzed. Aim at the shortages that comparing real output torque of eddy current retarder at high velocity the error of the mathematical model's computation torque is big, a braking torque model based on neural network model is proposed. The neural network model of eddy current retarder is established in terms of the braking torque's characteristics. The existing control system of eddy current retarder is studied and a novel PWM control system based on neural network model is proposed. The capabilities of mathematical model and neural network model are compared in terms of the experiment and testify the braking torque model based on neural network model is more valid
Aimed at the shortages of MES that couldn't realize dynamic quality control well, a framework of MES oriented to dynamic quality control was proposed after dynamic quality control and ERP/MES/PCS three-tier enterprise integration infrastructure were studied, and the quality function models of MES were analyzed. According to the framework and the key technologies of MES, the dynamic quality control model was provided and the data acquisition and system integration models were established. The development of MES oriented to dynamic quality control for a PCB enterprise was given. Through data acquisition, quality analysis and quality control model, this system realizes dynamic on-line control of PCB products.
