Aiming at the new progress and new trends of coal mine tunnel rigs in China, this paper introduces the development of conventional coal mine tunnel rigs, discusses the application of new technologies such as directional drilling and remote automatic control in the development of coal mine tunnel rigs, and points out the development trend of coal mine tunnel rigs in China. According to the development of domestic coal mine tunnel drilling rigs and related technologies, it is of great significance to construct intelligent drilling face and comprehensively improve the adaptability and reliability of mine tunnel drilling machine to ensure the safety and efficient production of coal mine.
为了满足松软煤层瓦斯抽放高效钻孔施工的要求,研制了ZDY2800LG高转速螺旋钻进钻机.介绍了钻机的研制思路和试验应用情况,解决了松软煤层钻进成孔问题.通过现场试验,钻机能力大、施工效率高,适合松软煤层钻孔施工,能为矿井高效安全开采提供设备保障.
According to the problems of drilling equipment in soft-extrude coal seam with insufficient drilling and acci-dent treatment ability,large volume and poor integration,the ZDY5000RF high-power two-track crawler drilling rig is devel-oped,combined with the need of gas drainage borehole construction in soft-extrude coal seam. The drilling rig uses two depart-ments and safety layout,crawler drive walking,so the safety protection system and protection measures are increased,the whole machine power reaches 75 kW,the rate torque reaches to 5000 N·m,and the pulling force is up to 210 kN. The field test is conducted in Qinan Coal Mine in Huaibei City,in the soft-extrude coal seam,the f value is about 0. 5,five drill holes is com-pleted with the depth is more than 200 m. The test results show that the drilling rig can meet the requirements of 200 m gas drainage drilling in soft-extrude coal seam based on the significant advantages of high power,small volume,easy removal,high safety,high drilling and accident processing capability,therefore,it can provide equipment guarantee for coal gas disaster con-trolling in soft-extrude coal seam.
As a kind of design technique, industrial moulding design has been applying in all kinds of production design, especial the new products. Taking the ZDY Directional Drilling Rigs as a example, the paper gives a detailed description of application and research of industrial moulding design in developing and design of ZDY directional drilling rigs. The results of production and application indicate that industrial design on modeling plays a very important role in improving operate comfort and appearances of drilling rigs.
Air drilling equipment has several problems including low level of integration, complex drilling process and tedious operation. In order to solve these problems, technical parameters of ZDY5000RF drill rig and auxiliary equipment are introduced. Field experiment was implemented in Qinan Coal Mine and showed that ZDT5000RF rig has the capacity to drill 200m deep holes in soft seams with f around 0.5. Application also indicated that the rig has significant advantages such as high level integration remarkable dust extraction capacity and high drilling effi-ciency. All the technical indicators have reached the design requirements.

为满足用户对整体式钻机提出的更高要求,采用新结构研制了ZDY6000LD(B)履带式全液压坑道钻机调角机构,利用ABAQUS软件建立调角机构中关键部件有限元模型并进行模态和稳态动力学分析,得出前10阶固有频率及振型,评估调角机构是否满足设计要求。

Based on the introduction of structure and merits of multi-luffing engineering drilling rig,load sensing pump working principle was introduced along with rotating hydraulic system.Through the using of AMESim software,a simulation research on load sensing pump characteristics for engineering drilling rig was done,the pressure and flow rate characteristics in rotating system in normal condition were gotten.It raise the knowing of load sensing system for engineering drilling rig,it also can be a reference for hydraulic system design.
Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS established derrick model of CBM drilling rig car and calculated its static strength and model analysis. The maximum Mises stress and the weakest position of derrick was determined and given its four bands of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration model. The conclusion can be gotten from calculation results that the structure of derrick meet the requirements of design.
According to the limited angle adjustment scope,relative large volume and high quality and other problems of the domestic medium and small drilling machines,with the direction driving structure and the tooth form sealing technology,a ZDY850S full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig was designed.The main technical parameters of the drilling rig,the drilling ring structure and the hydraulic system were introduced.An inspection and measurement was conduced on the drilling rig.The inspection results showed that the completed operation of the drilling rig was in normal,the performances were excellent and the each test and measured technical index could reach the designed requirements.

To the problem of polytropic drilling load of feeding body existed in the drilling digs machine,the design functional requirements and the design plan of feeding body of drilling are put forward.The finite element model of drilling machine is built by 3 D modeling software and finite element analysis software.In order to know if the dynamical behavior of drilling machine has met the requirements,modal analysis and static dynamics simulation are accomplished.The test,at last,results indicates that the drilling design conforms to technical targets in significant measure.
According to the single suitable drilling technique,low control accuracy,and removing difficulty of the present separated component type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig and the long auxiliary operation time problem of the present crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,the load feedback,constant-pressure variation and remote control technology was applied to the design of the hydraulic system of the ZDY6000LD(A) mode crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,including the rotation,feeder,travel,main shaft braking and other performance return lines as well as the drilling tools down and up,clamped rotation,clamping releasing and other linkage functions.With the application of the AMESim software,a simulation analysis and site application was conducted on the load features of the reverse rotation return circuit.The results showed that the theoretical features of the load sensitive system would be well fitted with the actual drilling performances.The ZDY6000LD(A) mode drilling rig could be suitable for the rotation driling,directional drilling,complex drilling and other drilling techniques and the hydraulic system could have a high technical adaptability,an energy saving and a remote operation control.
