Healthcare branding is increasingly central to reputation, trust, and service quality. This PRISMA-guided systematic review synthesizes 34 peer-reviewed studies (2019–2025) identified from Scopus and related sources. Findings show dominance of quantitative designs using SEM/PLS-SEM, rising digital and AI-driven branding, and hospital-focused contexts, with growing attention to telemedicine and medical tourism, especially in developing countries. Bibliometric mapping (VOSviewer) and thematic analyses consolidate key theories, Brand Equity, Service Quality, Brand Trust, and Smart/Digital Branding. We outline gaps in qualitative evidence, cross-cultural comparisons, and explainable AI, and practical implications for strategies aligned with SDGs 3, 10, and 17.
In the current landscape of economic uncertainty and escalating healthcare costs, health insurance plays a pivotal role as a vital financial tool. The projected surge in healthcare expenditures in Indonesia, as outlined by the Mercer Marsh Benefits Trend Health 2023 report, underscores the urgency for robust health insurance solutions to mitigate the financial risks associated with unpredictable health events. This paper explores the evolving dynamics of health insurance in Indonesia against the backdrop of rising healthcare costs and the growing awareness among the populace regarding the significance of financial protection. We also delve into the burgeoning field of Industry 4.0 and its implications for health insurance claim processing, emphasizing the role of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology in automating and streamlining claim administration processes. The study underscores the criticality of optimizing service quality within health insurance companies and delineates the claim decision process, elucidating the pivotal role of technological advancements such as OCR in enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, we offer insights into the challenges and considerations associated with OCR implementation and present a comparative analysis of claim decision processes with and without OCR. Overall, the research underscores the importance of leveraging technology and expert human oversight to navigate the complexities of health insurance in Indonesia and ensure swift, equitable, and cost-effective claim resolutions.
The government's policy on sustainable development is that there are sustainable development goals that aim to improve the welfare of the world community and preserve nature through 17 main factors with 169 agreements as targets. The third program of sustainable development goals is better health and well-being. This goal talks about better health and well-being for all people, guaranteeing access to basic health services, and protecting all people for well-being. This program needs to be disseminated to the whole community through various means including online by utilizing information technology. This research was conducted to evaluate the knowledge management system which contains a substance on SDG: 3, data analysis was carried out using factor analysis and regression analysis was also used to build mathematical models. The results of this study show that new factors have been formed, namely: socialization culture, socialization innovation, socialization technology, and socialization governance that need to be considered for the success of SDG 1 performance measurement: socialization without poverty through the use of knowledge management systems in the future.
The Thousand Islands is one of the National Tourism Strategic Areas designated by the Ministry of Tourism. The Thousand Islands is now one of the tourist destinations that is in demand by both foreign and domestic tourists. The natural beauty that is still pristine is one of the elements to attract tourists, and the many things that can be done are also a special attraction to visit the Thousand Islands. In line with the current development of information technology, the role and contribution of this technology can be used to improve the performance of tourism development. The study was conducted to measure the contribution of information technology and the role of society in utilizing information technology to support the sustainable development of the tourism sector. The IT balance scorecard method is used to analyze the performance of information technology through several perspectives, such as contribution to the organization, user orientation, operational performance, and future orientation. The results of the study indicate that there are factors of information quality, information system integration, ease of use of applications, and technical support as the main factors that must be considered to support the success of tourism development in terms of utilizing information technology.

This research systematically reviews existing literature on healthcare branding, emphasizing foundational theories such as Brand Equity, Service Quality, and Smart Branding. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, the study reveals a predominance of quantitative research methods, notably Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and digital branding techniques. Noteworthy trends include the rise of AI-driven branding, increased digital engagement, and the branding of medical tourism. The findings underscore the necessity for additional research into digital branding, cross-cultural insights, and the integration of AI to enhance healthcare marketing efforts. These findings are valuable for scholars, healthcare professionals, and policymakers aiming to formulate effective branding strategies that improve service delivery and bolster institutional credibility.
Currently, there is considerable interest in the utilization of drones in the food service sector, prompting numerous businesses to dedicate significant resources towards the development and implementation of drone-based food delivery services. However, our understanding of the customer attitudes towards the implementation of drone-based food delivery services, particularly in Indonesia, is still limited. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the several factors that influence customers’ intentions to use drone-based food delivery services, specifically focusing on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and its components. Furthermore, the current study seeks to examine the influence of perceived innovativeness on customers' intentions to embrace drone-based food delivery services. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved the distribution of 176 questionnaires to the respondents. Data was analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study revealed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived innovativeness significantly and positively influence customers’ attitude towards using drone food delivery services. In addition, the attitude significantly influenced the development of intentions to use drone food delivery services. The findings recommend that the business owner-manager in the food delivery industry should advocate for drones as a new and original food delivery method.
Chatbots are transforming how businesses interact with customers. Using natural language processing and AI-enabled technology, chatbots provide customers with an automated, personalized, and intuitive experience that offers convenience and fast responses. As a result, the adoption of chatbots is claimed to enhance customer experience and increase customers’ loyalty. Despite this advantage, the adoption of chatbots is still relatively low in foodservice sector in Indonesia. The reason is most likely because many customers and business owners have yet to become accustomed to this type of technology. As a result, the adoption of chatbots is still in the preliminary stages at this point. Subsequently, it is yet unknown whether implementation of technology can influence a consumer’s loyalty in foodservice sector, especially in Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the impact of chatbot adoption on customer loyalty in the food service industry. One hundred ninety-five people were surveyed to test the suggested hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed support for each of the hypotheses that were proposed. The research found that chatbots’ perceived ease of use positively affects food- service customer’s loyalty. Also, this research revealed that chatbots’ perceived usefulness positively affects food- service customer’s loyalty. Additionally, chatbots’ perceived effectiveness positively affects foodservice customer’s loyalty. The findings are expected to inform food service businesses and other service companies in regard to the importance of chatbots implementation and its positive impact on customer loyalty. Lastly, the result aims to contribute to the literature that focuses on the adoption of chatbots in the tourism and hospitality industry, especially in the context of hospitality businesses in Indonesia.
In the 21st century, hotel businesses will need to embrace cutting-edge technology to gain a competitive advantage. However, the adoption of smart technology presents several issues to hospitality workers, including technological stress and the additional stress of incorporating innovation and technologies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of technostress on the employees’ job performance. Using quantitative approach, this research conducted a survey at several five-star hotels in Indonesia that make use of innovative technologies in the provision of their services. The survey was conducted using a method known as purposive sampling, and it was given to employees of the hotel with the approval of upper management. The total sample consisted of 195 people that responded to the survey. The finding of the study revealed that technostress negatively impacts the hotel employees’ job performance. Meanwhile, the IT training program positively influence hotel employees’ job performance. Most importantly, IT training program had a significant positive influence on the negative association between technostress and hotel employees’ job performance. This study provides a theoretically robust explanation about the consequences of technostress in hotels by establishing a link between technostress and employees’ job performance.
The purpose of this study aims to develop and test a conceptual model of the relationships between the constructs of Brand Image, Price, Service Quality and Purchase Decisions in the hospitality industry.The discussion in this study focuses on (1) the effect of brand image on purchase decisions; (2) the effect of hotel price on purchase decisions; (3) the effect of service quality on purchase decisions; and (4) simultaneous effect on brand image, room price and service quality on purchase decisions.Primary data for the research were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 455 respondents.The participants were recruited using purposive sampling method.All of the respondents had stayed in Horison Hotels West Java Area at least 1 time in the last 12 months.The research data were analyzed using LISREL 8.80 to test the models and hypotheses.The results showed that brand image, price and service quality have a positive influence on purchase decisions.Service quality obtained highest score of 0.56 than brand image which obtained a score of 0.22 also Price obtained a score of 0,19.Future research is expected to focus on other variables such as brand relationship, brand performance, and consumer brand identification.This research provides an understanding of purchase decisions in hotel industry.
Several studies have examined the potential impact of service robots, artificial intelligence, and service automation on hospitality employees. However, very limited studies have examined the perception of hospitality students who will be the future employees in the hospitality industry. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the currently enrolled hospitality student’s awareness of Robot, AI, and Service Automation (RAISA) implementation and its correlation with their career competencies and future career opportunities. This study adopted a quantitative approach, and data were collected from a survey of 195 hospitality students, using a convenient sample method. Multiple regression was used to analyze the data. The study found that there was a significant positive relationship between the variables. Also, RAISA awareness, together with career competencies, is found to have influenced the level of students' perceived future career opportunities.
Mandai is cempedak (Artocarpus champeden) peel that has been through the process of fermentation in brine for 3 hours to 1 month. People in South Kalimantan usually serve mandai as a side dish, but on this occasion, mandai will be used as a material to make dodol, chewy, sweet, and thick cake which usually made from glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, and palm sugar. This study aims to determine public acceptance of dodol mandai through the distribution of product samples and the distribution of questionnaires regarding its aroma, colour, texture and taste. This research used a descriptive analysis method that is divided into statistical descriptive analysis and frequency analysis. The result shows that the public accepts processed products made from mandai. The products are different from the others and are innovation products based on local wisdom and thus, they add traditional culinary repertoire. The result is as predicted, that mandai can be processed into dodol.

The focus of this research is the process of empowering women through training and assistance in making a good Megono Rolls, so that PKK women can have activities that produce and help the economy in the area. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that the process of empowering PKK mothers through the skills training in making Megono Rolls by prescribing and teaching the manufacture of Megono Rolls correctly and hygiene and training on the use of appropriate materials and tools until the manufacturing process will produce good products. So that the results of this Megonon Rolls will become better known and even re-popular as a traditional Pekalongan food.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi dalam penyimpanan bahan baku makanan di Hotel X Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi di Hotel X Jakarta. Hasil penelitian penerapan cara penyimpanan bahan baku pada dry store dan chiller di Buzz kitchen sudah menerapkan hygiene dengan melakukan FIFO untuk setiap penyimpanan bahan makanan. Penerapan kebersihan tempat penyimpanan bahan baku pada dry store dan chiller di Buzz kitchen sudah menerapkan kebersihan dengan membersihkan tempat penyimpanan. Mengganti plastik wrap kepada bahan makanan yang disimpan didalam container dan ditutup dengan plastik wrap. Penerapan kebersihan area dapur pada western section, Asian section dan cold section sudah menerapkan kebersihan area dapurnya dengan membersihkan noda pada lantai, noda di atas meja, dan tidak membiarkan sampah menumpuk begitu banyak.. Affective and cognitive image are two main factors that influence destination in Solo. The purpose of this research is to examine the two main factors of Solo towards tourist attraction. The research method is quantitative. Data collected from observation and survey. A total of 113 respondents obtained from accidental sampling method. The results indicate based on cognitive and affective image. Cognitive consists of culture, batik, city tagline, and community. While, affective consists of tradition, culinary, purposes, climate, and welcoming. The findings show that image has weak correlation towards tourist attraction of Solo. It means most of the tourists are not influenced by city image when they choose Solo as one of their travel destination. The differences between primary and minor image are also examined. Research implication is directed for local government to pursue continuous improvement particularly for the branding of Solo.
Rural areas experience an imbalance between rural development and cities due to a centralistic development approach. Noting this reality, the government shifted its approach to development strategies that led to decentralization policies. The development of tourism in the village of Pasirmulya is directed at the concept of sustainable development, where local communities are given the authority to manage the tourism potential that exists. The problem is that there are no accommodation facilities for visitors in the village of Pasirmulya, according to the character of rural areas. Eco-homestay is the concept of accommodation facilities in the local ecotourism destination area which is natural, clean, healthy, safe, orderly and environmentally friendly. Applied the concept of marketing, understanding the values of tourism, and improving the quality of human resources, is expected to contribute economically to local communities in the village of Pasirmulya. The results of mentoring that have been carried out are the ability of the community in tourism awareness, can carry out independent cleaning of the homestay and increase income in homestay management.
IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and QSPM matrix are business strategy tools that can be used to identify the threat, opportunity, weakness, strength as internal, external business factors. The goal of Danti's Deli Bakery is to provide pastry product and distribute to other food and beverage outlet all around Jakarta. Thus, Danti's Deli Bakery requires development strategy in order to win the tight competition. Applied descriptive research and data collected from focus group discussion, questionnaire, interview, observation and literature review. The objectives of this paper are (1) to identify and evaluate internal and external factors, (2) to formulate alternative strategy toward business development program, and (3) to give effective recommendation. The result shows that Danti's Deli Bakery should apply product differentiation strategy. Implementation of this study is providing the recommendation for pastry and bakery industry to establish a successful business.
