The composition of imported coated fibre cloth was quickly identified by fusion sample preparation X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Na2O, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, P2O5, SO3, K2O, CaO, TiO2, Cr2O3, MnO, Fe2O3, NiO, CuO, ZnO, As2O3, SrO, ZrO, CdO, BaO, PbO in the matrix of the coated fibre cloth were determined. In this paper, the technology of direct melting of flake sample is studied. The method of pre-oxidation is that the sample piece is obliquely placed on the inner wall of crucible to increase the air circulation space and remove the organic matter and halide in a short time. The 66.5:33.5 mixed flux was used as the flux, and LiBr was used as the release agent. The temperature was about 1050 °C, and the time was about 17 min. The problem of melting of inorganic fibre and flux melt was found and solved. The calibration curve is constructed by silicate rock, bauxite, cement and other reference materials and high-purity reagents. The matrix effect correction adopts the variable theoretical α influence coefficient method, and B2O3 represents the unmeasured components as the elimination item. The maximum Al2O3, SiO2, CaO curves of this method are 84.4%, 91.5%, 62.6%, respectively. The Cr, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Pb curve range of harmful elements is greater than 0.005%-0.33%; 21 curves have good linearity. R2 divided by BaO equals 0.997 and the rest are greater than 0.9993; the detection limit of harmful elements is less than 15 mg·g−1; precision relative standard deviation (n=11) principal component is less than 0.5%, and trace component is less than 15%; after comparison of standard substances and standard methods, the results are consistent. Accuracy of methods is good, and it can quickly identify the content of the main elements of the coated fibre cloth and provide a strong support for the subsequent identification of solid waste characteristic.
为了解和提高国内实验室对沥青针入度测定的检测技术水平,能力验证提供者(CNAS PT0031)承担了中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会的沥青针人度测定的能力验证活动,有22个省、市、自治区共97家实验室参加.介绍了沥青针人度测定能力验证计划的样品制备、均匀性和稳定性检验、以及基于稳健评定的结果统计和分析等实施过程,对各实验室采用的针入度测试标准进行了统计和分析,提出了针人度测定的技术建议.能力验证计划统计表明,满意的实验室有85家,占反馈总数的87.6%.
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and various analytical methods were used to analyze the main components, glass transition temperature (Tg), volatile matter content and ash content of a batch of imported recycled epoxy resin. According to the appearance characteristics and the production process of the sample, the source of the sample was analyzed, Solid waste properties were determined according to the relevant provisions of GB 34330-2017 “Identification standards for solid wastes General rules”. The results show that the samples belong to epoxy resin scap and trim mix manufactured by different production processes for different production purposes, which fall in the category of solid wastes banned by China for import. This identification method provides a reference for the identification and supervision of solid waste derived from imported recycled plastics.
According to the physical parameters such as density ,closing flash point and so on ,a reference sample with sulfur content of 2 .75 wt% was prepared by selecting Merey 16 crude oil as natural matrix .The homogeneity ,long-term stability ,and storage and transportation stability of the reference samples are tested ,and 15 laboratories are selected for determination of sulfur content .The results show that the crude-oil-matrix sulfur reference sample has good homogeneity , long-term stability over 18 months , and storage and transportation stability , which can withstand the temperature of 60 ℃ .Its matrix also has good match with samples .
According to technical requirements of oil extraction technology in equipments ,such as rinsing filter paper ,oil‐water separation ,etc ,an equipment to test mechanic admixtures in petroleum products is self‐developed and a method with it to determine mechanic admixtures in petroleum products by extraction is presented . The national standard (GB/T 511-2010 ) method has the problems such as low efficiency ,high regent consumption ,poor repeatability and reproducibility ,etc . The extraction method simplifies the operation ,guarantees the experiment precision ,and lowers the regent consumption by the cycling equipment with stable structure and enclosed space .Mechanic admixtures in multi‐kinds of residual fuel oil are tested according to this extraction method and the national standard method respectively .The results show that the extraction equipment could satisfy the need to test mechanic admixtures and the test value is the same got by the two methods .
The sample of crude oil was combusted in oxygen bomb and the chlorine and bromine were absorbed in Na2CO3-NaHCO3 solution.The contents of chlorine and bromine in the solution were determined by IC.The Dionex IonPac AS23 column was used as ion exchange column,and a mixture of 4.8 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as eluent.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of chlorine and bromine were obtained in the same range of 0.01-1 mg·L-1,and values of detection limit(3S/N) found were 0.3 mg·kg-1 for chlorine and 0.7 mg·kg-1 for bromine.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of sample of crude oil,giving values of RSD′s(n=6) and recovery in the ranges of 3.5%-4.2% and 91.8%-109% respectively.
