We introduce DCNN and DRAE appraoches for compression of medical videos, to decrease file size and storage requirements, there is an increasing need for medical video compression nowadays. Using a lossy compression technique, a higher compression ratio can be attained, but information will be lost, and possible diagnostic mistakes may follow. The requirement to store medical video in lossless format results from this. The aim of utilizing a lossless compression tool is to maximize compression because the traditional lossless compression technique yields a poor compression ratio. The temporal and spatial redundancy seen in video sequences can be successfully utilized by the proposed DCNN and DRAE encoding. This paper describes the lossless encoding mode and shows how a better compression ratio can be achieved.
Video streaming demand has risen significantly in the modern world and now accounts for a significant portion of internet traffic, making it a difficult job for service providers to stream videos at high speeds while using fewer storage spaces. The existing video compression prototypes necessitate non learning based designs in order to follow inefficient analytical coding design. As a result, we propose a DCNN technique for obtaining optimal set of frames by relating each frame pixel with preceding and subsequent frames, then identifying related blocks and reducing unnecessary pixels by incorporates OFE-Net, MVE-Net, MVD-Net, MC-Net, RE-Net, and RD-Net. The proposed DCNN technique generates high video quality at low bit rates with respect to MSSIM and PSNR.

As a result, we propose a DCNN technique that integrates OFE-Net, MVE-Net, MVD-Net, MC-Net, RE-Net, and RD-Net for getting an ideal collection of frames by linking each frame pixel with preceding and following frames, then finding linked blocks and minimizing un needed pixels. In terms of MS-SIM and PSNR, the proposed DCNN approach produces good video quality at low bit rates.
Background:Venetoclax (Ven) is a highly selective, potent, oral BCL‐2 inhibitor that induces apoptosis in malignant cells dependent on BCL‐2 for survival. Proteasome inhibitors (PIs) and dexamethasone (d) were shown to increase BCL‐2 dependence in multiple myeloma (MM) cells, and preclinical studies showed enhanced inhibition of MM tumor growth with Ven+PI compared to either alone. Moreover, d has been shown to indirectly promote BCL‐2 dependency in MM cells. Clinical trials have since demonstrated efficacy of Ven in combination with the PI bortezomib in patients (pts) with relapsed/refractory MM (RRMM).Aims:We report interim data for Ven combined with second‐generation PI carfilzomib (K) and d in pts with RRMM.Methods:In this ongoing Phase 2 study (NCT02899052), pts with RRMM (1–3 prior lines of therapy) and no prior K exposure received VenKd on 28‐day cycles in 4 dose‐finding and 1 expansion cohort: Ven 400 mg/day + K 27 mg/m2 Day 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16 + d 40 mg Day 1, 8, 15, 22 (Cohort 1); same regimen but with Ven 800 mg/day (Cohort 2); Ven 800 mg/day + K 70 mg/m2 Day 1, 8, 15 + d 40 mg Day 1, 8, 15, 22 (Cohort 3/expansion cohort); or Ven 800 mg + K 56 mg/m2 Day 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16 + d 40 mg Day 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 (Cohort 4). Treatment continued until progressive disease or unacceptable toxicity.Results:As of the clinical data cut‐off of 1 Feb 2019, 43 pts were enrolled. Median age was 67 (range, 37–79), 26 (62%) pts had ISS II/III disease, and 8 (19%) were t (11;14)+. Median number of prior lines of therapy was 2 (range, 1–3). Forty (93%) pts received prior PI (49% refractory), 33 (77%) received prior immunomodulatory drug (IMiD, 61% refractory), and 33 (77%) received prior PI+IMiD (33% double refractory).All pts had at least 1 adverse event (AE). The most common AEs of any grade were diarrhea (65%), nausea (49%), fatigue (47%), cough (35%), insomnia, dyspnea, vomiting, upper respiratory infection (33% each), lymphopenia (28%), thrombocytopenia, and dyspepsia (26% each). Thirty‐six (84%) pts had a Grade 3/4 AE, the most common being lymphopenia (23%), pneumonia, hypertension (16% each), and hypophosphatemia (12%).The overall response rate (ORR) was 79%, complete response or better (≥CR) rate was 40%, and very good partial response or better (≥VGPR) rate was 64% for all pts (Table). Median follow‐up for 42 pts was 10.4 months (95% CI = 8.0–13.8); 15 pts had progression‐free survival (PFS) events, with median PFS yet to be achieved. Baseline bone marrow core biopsy samples from 25 pts were evaluated for BCL‐2 expression by immunohistochemistry, with high expression (≥50% of tumor cells with moderate or higher cytoplasmic staining) seen in 23 (92%) samples. Pts with high BCL‐2 expression had response rates similar to the overall study population. Other correlative biomarker analyses are ongoing.Summary/Conclusion:The combination of VenKd was found to be tolerable with no new safety signals. VenKd demonstrates promising efficacy in pts with RRMM. The study remains ongoing with an additional 60 pts with RRMM enrolling to assess efficacy and safety in a larger group of pts with similar eligibility (Cohort 6) and t (11;14)+ pts (Cohort 7).image
The study was conducted to establish framework for measuring and managing credit risk for nineteen nationalised Banks and to analyse the relationship of diversified portfolio of credit advances and NPAs of nationalised banks. The portfolios of all credit advances in all regions were considered for the study. It was found that the relationship between NPAs of nationalised banks had good correlation with that of individual Bank and portfolios of occupations plays significant role towards NPAs. Personal loans are inversely proportional to the NPAs and are significant in all regions. The credit advances towards services sector is very low even though, 62 % of India’s GDP is from them. Hence, Banks need to diversify their portfolio to achieve a better credit equilibrium and establish Risk Management Information System. The study enables a Banking Industry to progress towards its goals and objectives in the most direct, and effective way.
‘Concentration Risk: A critical component of Credit Risk management in Banks’ was a Case Study, which was conducted for SBI and Associate Banks using secondary data. Twelve year data from 1996 to 2007 were collected from Reserve Bank of India report. Aim of our study was to analyse trends in Non-Performing Assets, Studying relationship of diversified portfolio of Credit Advances and Non-Performing Assets of SBI & its Associate Banks to explore the relationship between concentration risk profile and NPAs level.
From April 2004 to August 2005, the ten-year Government Bond rised by 250 basis points and is continuing to rise from thereafter. Many banks have profited handsomely from this rise in interest rates. Since interest rates cannot continue to rise indefinitely, there can be a question, Is the banking system adequately prepared for a scenario with change in interest rates? In this paper investigation has been made on the effects of interest rates volatility on stock market returns using daily returns on stocks of 32 selected Commercial Banks which includes 16 Public sectors and 16 Private sector Banks over the period from 1st April 2004 to 31st Aug 2005. In this paper, ‘Augmented market model’ has been used to estimate, the elasticity of returns on the stock against returns on the stock market. The repressor used in this model can be interpreted as the return on a portfolio where the long bond is purchased, using borrowed funds at the short rate. The return on selected banks and market return required for the study are obtained from the NSE website. We created time-series of notional bond returns on the 28-day and the 10-year zero coupon bond, priced off the NSE Zero Coupon Yield Curve for short term and long term returns respectively. The results indicate that interest rates have a strong positive power for stock returns and. weak predictive power for volatility. It has been found that for 10 out of 32 banks in our sample would be gained or lost 30% of equity capital in the event of a 250 bps move in the yield curve. The stock market sensitivities suggest that there is strong heterogeneity across banks in India in their interest rate exposure. The stock market is unaware of interest rate risk when valuing bank stocks.
During high speed machining a thin non crystalline layer is found to appear between the tool and chip (secondary shear zone) which is known as flow zone, due to melting of chip surface adjacent to the tool face because of high pressure and temperature at the tool chip interface. The nature of flow zone is believed to be elasto -viscous at moderately high cutting speed. In the course of literature survey it was found that the force system during high speed machining has been the subject of many investigations. But none of the present metal cutting theory is capable of predicting accurately what happens to the cutting mechanism/ force system, mainly because of the presence of the flow zone at the tool chip interface. It indicates that very little work has been performed during high speed machining and no definite trend has emerged out so far. The main objective of this paper is to present the theory of cutting forces on the assumption that the secondary shear zone consists of solid material area and the molten area, considering hydrodynamic and momentum effects. This theory explain that the work piece properties and cutting conditions influence the formation of flow zone, which effects the formation of secondary shear flow and hence force system behavior. A new force system which is applicable to high speed machining is developed including momentum and hydrodynamic forces. Keywords---Chip interface, Flow, Shear zone, Elasto
