为强化学生的"碳中和"理念和科研创新能力,文章设计了过渡金属硫化物基光敏剂制备及光催化性能综合型教学实验,并通过大学生创新实验形式对该教学内容进行了实践教学.实验教学结果表明:通过对近红外光催化剂制备、结构和光化学性质表征及性能评价等多个环节的设计,使学生切身感受到了光能的魅力;通过探讨光催化过程中选择性氧化的机理,加深了学生对光催化理论知识的理解,激发了他们的科研兴趣,促进了他们创新能力的提升.
Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,with the nominal composition of 0.9(K0.5Na0.5)-NbO3-0.1LiSbO3,were synthesized by conventional solid-state sintering.The phase structure,piezoelectric,dielectric constant,the loss tangent and ferroelectric properties were characterized.The ceramics are single perovskite phase with tetragonal structure.High piezoelectric constant(d33=131 pC/N) and low dielectric loss tanδ=0.09(10 kHz) can be obtained from the ceramics.Typical ferroelectric polarization hysteresis loops can be obtained from the ceramics with the remnant polarization Pr=16.1 μC/cm2 and the coercive electric field EC=14.8 kV/cm.These properties are superior to those of the pure KNN ceramics.
