针对靖边气田气井作业和生产过程中,由于水基工作液侵入或生产中地层水、凝析液在井底聚集,使井筒附近储层含水饱和度上升,导致储层气相渗透率降低,气井生产能力变差的情况,通过开展毛细管自吸率、毛细管自吸量分析,进一步深化了对储层水锁效应的认识,并结合平面径向渗流模型和实例分析,基本掌握了水锁对靖边气田气井产能的影响.
储层发育受沉积、成岩、构造运动等诸多因素影响。靖边气田下古气藏属古风化壳气藏,储集层主要受控于古岩溶作用。靖边气田主力气层马五段主要经历了早表生期、裸露风化期、半裸露浅埋藏期,中深埋藏器、深埋藏器五期岩溶作用,这些作用互相叠加,形成了古风化壳岩溶孔洞储集体。在这五期岩溶过程中,裸露风化期属全开放的环境,马五段地层与生物圈、大气圈二氧化碳环境直接联系,作用最为强烈,影响作用也最大。本文重点针对裸露风化期的岩溶作用特点及岩溶差异性对储层发育的影响做以阐述,旨在寻找不同小层可能的储层发育有利区。
Jingbian gas filed have two gas bearing reservoir,Neopaleozoic and Lower Palaeozoic Group,the Neopaleozoic gas bearing reservoir upgrowthes,but the reservoir physical property is poor,according to the technique and policy in nowadays,development economic results is relatively low. Utilizing consummate Lower Palaeozoic Group well pattern,uniting Neopaleozoic gas well logging interpretation and reservoir clascification criteria,Neopaleozoic gas well optimize empirical formula was builded,which was used to optimize gas well to forecast fluids rate,select highly fluids rate,better wellbore condition and poorly production of Lower Palaeozoic Group to check layer and patch perforation in Neopaleozoic reservoir,cut reformation cost,enhance gas well productivity,realize high efficiency and sustainable development of Jingbian gas filed.
靖边气田试井解释主要应用基础模型进行解释,对试井软件中的扩展模型应用较少,本文应用2-Φ径向复合模型和双层双渗模型对实际工作中遇到的复杂试井曲线进行了完美拟合,并结合地质情况验证解释结果的准确性,为今后试井解释工作提供参考。
气井的产能是气藏工程中的重要参数,是指导气井调配产和编制方案的主要依据。气井产能通常是通过气井试井来完成的,气井试井周期长、成本相对较高。影响气井产能最主要的因素是储层物性及地层压力,储层物性和地层压力的求取相对容易,前人也做过一些利用测井解释的储层物性、地层压力等静态资料预测气井产能的一些研究。预测产能肯定没有试井产能准确,但是预测产能在井网不完善井区,来预测加密产建能力;新井刚测井后预测产能指导后续的产建工作方面具有积极作用,2009年靖边气田产能建设加大了上古气井建产力度,主要利用丛式井来开上古气藏,一个丛式井场有两到四口井组成,井网密度大大增加,井数增多,试气工作量增大。若能利用静态资料来预测气井产能,一方面节省了大量费用、另一方面缩短了建产周期,因此,本文试图研究靖边气田上古气井产能快速预测方法研究,希望能够解决现场问题。
靖边气田为多层系开发气藏,通过多年产气剖面分层测井,利用测试资料评价纵向上各层的产气能力,储层状况,评价气藏的开发动态和动用程度,指导气藏后期开发方案制定和调整。
The main gas-bearing reservoir of Permian in the Jingbian gas field is He8 of the Shihezi Formation.In order to identify the sand body distribution characteristics of this area,sedimentology,petrography and paleogeography,logging geology are used in this article.On these bases,the sedimentary microfacies are studied in detail.It is suggested that delta-lake depositional system is one of the main types of sedimentation in the Jingbian gas field.The distribution of sand body is clearly controlled by the sedimentary microfacies.In the north of this area,controlled by the channel,distributary channel and underwater distributary channel,sand body lanes are near north-south spread.In the south of this area,the sandbody is belong to shore shallow sandbeaches and sheet sand,sand body lanes are near east-west spread.Frequent pulse of the lake level and shoreline advance and retreat movements controls the migration of facies and sand body distribution,when the lake level drops,the role of delta actives,the sand bodies are relatively developed.So the sandbody in subaqueous distributary channel and channel-mouth bank are the most favorable reservoir sections in this area.
The low porosity and low permeablity of Permian sandstone reservoirs are the key puzzling issues in gas exploitation in Jingbian gas field,Ordos basin.To analyze the poor property of sandstone reservoirs and improve the accuracy of reservoir forecast,the diagenesis and its controls on reservoir property of sandstone in this area are studied by using systematic slice identification,mercury penetration,cathodoluminescence and scanning electron microscope.It is shown that lithology of P2h8 sandstone in Jingbian gas field is dominated by lithic sandstone,lithic silicarenite and silicarenite with carbonate,gaolinite,chlorite and siliceous cementation.Content of carbonate cementation influences greatly the properties of reservoirs.Reservoir space is domanited by secondary porosity,including the remaining primary intergranular pores,intergranular dissolution pores,intergranular corrosion expanding pores,intragranular dissolved pores,intergranular pores in Kaolinite,and some micro-cracks.Sandstone reservoirs in P2h8 consist mainly of rocks of type II and type III with small portion of rocks of type I.The sedimentary microfacies and the diagenesis controlled development of reseroirs are considered as the main material basis of reservoirs.Well diagenesis alteration is the key factor that determines properties of reservoirs.Compaction and cementation are the main controls on degrading physical properties of reservoirs.Extensively developed dissolvement of aluminosilicate minerals plays a key role in improving properties of reservoirs.
The severe anisotropism of reservoirs and distinct characteristics of low durchgriff,low pressure and low yield were key issues of puzzling gas exploitation badly in the east area of Sulige gas field,Ordos basin.In order to boost the capacity of gas well in the east area of Sulige gas field,main control factors on capacity of gas well and genetic mechanism of formation were primarily analyzed in this paper starting from geological characteristics of gas pools.Studies shows that the small scale of effective reservoirs,poor connectivity,and poor physical property are primary effective factors on capacity of gas well in the east area of Sulige gas field.The compaction and cementation are main control factors in degrading physical property of reservoirs.Alteration of compressive fracture with carboxymethyl was essential means and efficient method for boosting the capacity of gas well according to the compact sandstone reservoirs with low porosity and poor permeability.
