目的 探索一款小儿头部留置针防抓帽的设计和应用效果.方法 选取2019年1月至3月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的144例10个月~1.5岁患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号将其分为研究组(72例)与对照组(72例).对照组使用常规儿童留置针外不再额外使用其他防护措施,研究组使用新型防抓帽.在患儿出院时分别应用问卷进行资料收集比较两组的家属满意度及留置针配合度.结果 研究组患儿的家属满意度得分及留置针配合度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 此款防抓帽可以较好地防止头部留置针意外抓脱,可在临床推广使用.
Control and Protective Switching Devices (CPS) are mainly used to protect electrical applicances .In large current circuit , different current transformers should be used to collect the current data ,which will make the operation complicated and increase the cost .In this paper ,a data acquisition and processing device for CPS is designed ,which takes a STC12C5A48S235 microcomputer as core processor .Based on it ,some basic hardware circuits are designed ,including the data acquisition and processing module , communication module ,peripheral module and so on .The whole current tester is based on DS3904 and LM358 ,being controlled remotely and on-site by controlling panel .The strict tests show it can meet the design requirements .
When the force feedback dataglove is designed based on electric magnet,the electric magnet should be broken all over the place of the tube.Base on the research on traditional mechanical barking system,this paper conceives that the ordinary electric magnet is used to break it,researches on its structure and uses some engineering empirical formula to work out the electric magnet force.The result is that the braking system can give 5N feedback force to the dataglove based on the electric magnet.
