为给变压吸附医用制氧装置控制提供技术支持,设计了一套操作简单、稳定的控制系统.控制系统采用STM32F103ZET6 单片机为控制核心,并设计电源电路、以太网控制电路、负载驱动电路、电机控制电路等外围控制电路.结合变压吸附制氧原理编写控制程序,将单片机作为嵌入式Web服务器,浏览器作为客户端,并进行上位机设计开发.本文设计实现了变压吸附制氧装置控制系统的远程监测及控制等功能,且运行稳定.
针对目前挂轨巡检机器人升降机构的特点和不足,从运动稳定性和展开性能出发,设计了一种绳索式剪叉升降机构.对比分析了剪叉升降机构不同驱动方式的优、缺点,给出了剪叉升降机构具体的结构设计方案,对所设计的剪叉升降机构进行了运动学仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性.试制样机试验结果证明所设计的剪叉升降机构运动平稳,展开性能优异,能够满足巡检机器人的工作需求.
由于齿轮毛刺位置的特殊性以及周围环境的相似性,传统的图像处理方法并不能取得很好的效果.因此,提出一种基于改进YOLO v3网络的目标检测算法,实现对齿轮毛刺特征的快速检测.通过提高网络输入的分辨率和调整网络结构的方法,使改进YOLO v3网络的性能得到进一步优化,提高检测效率.在制作标签前,采用张氏标定法消除镜头畸变对图片的影响.结果表明:与原YOLO v3网络相比,改进后的网络具有更优的检测效果,其网络大小减少了 1/4,而检测速度提高了近2倍.
为了提高太阳能电池板的检测效率,针对太阳能电池板常见缺陷检测问题,本研究利用YOLOv3目标检测模型对太阳能电池板电致发光图片进行缺陷检测.根据太阳能板缺陷数据集通过K-means聚类优化先验框,YOLOv3算法在测试集上的平均精度均值(mAP)达到81.81%.实验结果表明:YOLOv3目标检测模型对于含有断栅、隐裂缺陷的太阳能电池板能够实现比较准确的检测,整体检测效果较为理想.
针对实验废液处理设备运行状态和现场环境的检测、监控问题,研制了一种用于实验废液处理工作过程监测的轨道式巡检机器人系统;介绍了轨道巡检机器人系统的总体方案设计、结构设计及控制系统设计;利用该巡检机器人系统搭载的环境检测传感器和高清相机可对废液处理工作现场状况进行全天候全方位监测,提高了废液处理工作过程的安全管理能力.
电气火灾是威胁生活、生产安全的重要因素,针对传统电气火灾监控系统报警速度较慢的特点,本文提出了一种基于CAN总线以及STM32F103单片机的检测电流发热量的电气火灾监控系统,给出了系统的整体框架和组成,重点阐述了火灾监控器的硬件及软件部分设计思路.通过傅里叶展开得到了发热量计算公式,利用BP神经网络建立了波形和发热量的关系.对系统进行现场测试,结果表明:本系统可以有效检测电气火灾,且比温度传感器报警时间缩短了7 s.
随着《农业机械化促进法》实施的不断推进,由此推动了我国农业机械行业的长足发展,农业机械化水平也逐渐由农业机械化初级阶段迈进农业机械化中级阶段.与此同时,随着城镇化发展进程的加快、农村劳动力的缩减及土地集约化的推进,农业机械化发展已是大势所趋.农业机械化不仅是农业现代化的重要前提,还是建立我国经济体制结构不可或缺的一部分,所以需要明确我国农业机械化现状,理清农业机械化发展面临的主要问题,积极探索农业机械化发展新模式,以此推进农业机械化发展,为实现农业现代化奠定坚实基础.基于此,本文通过评述《农业机械使用与维修保养》一书,分析我国农业机械化发展中存在的主要问题,对农业机械化发展新模式展开探讨,以期为促进农业机械化的健康稳定发展提供一些依据.
针对现有电气火灾监控设备缺乏故障电弧诊断机制、WinCE系统不支持主流数据库等问题,开发了基于ARM&WinCE的电气火灾监控系统.采用限定温度和剩余电流的方法避免了供电线路长期过载或绝缘劣化引起的发热;采用剩余电流信号高频滤波并限定幅值的方法解决了故障电弧的燃弧现象;以数据记录文件作为记录存储媒介,解决了文本文件占用空间大、数据资料易丢失的问题,在WinCE系统实现了数据库功能;以信号量和局部变量赋值两种多线程同步方案,在提高系统效率的前提下解决了线程死锁问题.测试结果表明:系统操作方便、实时性强、运行可靠稳定,可以有效降低电气火灾发生的几率.
为了解决自主式割草机器人碰撞检测系统中存在的压力传感器分布散漫、安装繁琐的弊端,保护自主式割草机器人本体免受破坏性损伤,创新设计了一款物理碰撞检测装置,用于自主式割草机器人在工作过程中检测前进方向上高于被割草面且面向机器人本体范围内的物理性障碍,并通过功能性实验验证了方案的可行性.该装置造价相对低廉,能够降低机器人制造成本,提高市场竞争力.
割草机器人全覆盖式路径规划以差分定位技术为理论基础,综合利用了定位技术、信息链接技术、串口技术、信息处理技术以及避障算法,基于定位精度和环境等因素对割草机器人的全覆盖式路径规划作业和避障功能平台进行了搭建.对局部覆盖式路径规划提出了改进方法并完成了对试验平台的精度测试.
Moving robot vision is one of the key technologies of its boundary image recognition. This paper uses ARM series of STM32F103ZE and OV7670 camera modules as the master control chip for image data acquisition processing. On the premise of meeting the quality requirement of image processing, the stability of real time image processing is improved through acquisition of image,image transformation of gray level, corrosion and expansion of image and boundary curve extraction process. In the process of image processing without the computer implementation, this method is used to greatly improve the intelligence of outdoor moving robot.It is characteristic of high efficiency and fast response. The basis is provided for its intelligent design.

According to high density sewage treatment process,this paper designs PLC controller and PROFIBUS for the intelligent sewage treatment system,and performs the intelligent sewage treatment system which is combined with centralized management and distributed control.Through the supervision and management the process and equipment of the whole process are surpervised completely,at the same time the process data of the whole process is managed,finally,the requirements of long-term and efficient intelligent sewage treatment is realized.
In the process of tightening up and screwing off the iron roughneck, it is required that the center of clamping pliers and the center of drill pipe are coincident, so as to avoid the damage of the circular guide in clamping system, and to ensure the iron roughneck work normally. While the traditional method of centering is artificial in iron roughneck, its precision is low, so it is easy to damage the drill pipe because of the great eccentricity between clamping pliers and drill pipe, besides, its work efficiency is low. Aiming at the cylindrical drill pipes, a method of three-point centering based on the ultrasonic sensors is proposed in this paper, that is to say, through comparing the feedback of three ultrasonic sensors which are arranged on the same the circle of clamping pliers' nips, the center of clamping pliers is adjusted to be coincident with the center of drill pipe. In this paper, the related hardware and software system of the automatic centering are designed, and the simulation experiment is demonstrated by the SimMechanics. Control and Protective Switching Devices (CPS) are mainly used to protect electrical applicances .In large current circuit , different current transformers should be used to collect the current data ,which will make the operation complicated and increase the cost .In this paper ,a data acquisition and processing device for CPS is designed ,which takes a STC12C5A48S235 microcomputer as core processor .Based on it ,some basic hardware circuits are designed ,including the data acquisition and processing module , communication module ,peripheral module and so on .The whole current tester is based on DS3904 and LM358 ,being controlled remotely and on-site by controlling panel .The strict tests show it can meet the design requirements .
