介绍了"医学微生物学"课程顺应我国高等教育教学的发展要求,针对课程教学中的痛点问题,课程组创设了"道术、仁术"的生态和氛围深入推进课程思政,继而契合新医科理念行交叉学科知识更新融合,科研反哺教学,基础密接临床,锤炼学生"学术、技术".通过重置教学内容,线上线下混合式教学,运用数字信息化技术,紧扣"三态四环"培养服务适应地方经济建设和社会需要的"下得去、留得住、用得上"的医学人才.实践证实,"道术、仁术"价值塑造驱动了学生"学术、技术"的有效提升,本课程也被认定为首批国家级课程思政示范课程、教学名师和教学团队.
Phased national medical licensing examination requires clinical students to have the ability to apply basic medical knowledge to solve comprehensive clinical problems. But the traditional teaching patterns of Medical Microbiology experiments can no longer meet requirements of actual education effect. In order to accommodate new situation, we have integrated medical licensing examination with microbiology experimental teaching syllabus and contents. We have also comprehensively applied a variety of teaching methods and curriculum formative assessment in class. These reforming methods have efficiently improved classroom teaching effect and greatly inspired the enthusiasm of students, and effectively improved early clinical thinking ability and innovation ability of students.
Objective To explore the effect of Cynanchum Chinense Total Alkaloid(CCTA) on humoral immunity function in normal mice.Methods CCTA which was divided into high(12.96mg/kg),medium(6.48mg/kg),low(3.24mg/kg) was injected into abdominal cavity of mice once a day for seven days.At the time of 12 hours after last injection,blood was taken from the eyes and spleen was taken.Spleenocytic plaque forming cell(PFC)was observed by quantitative hemolytic spectrophotometry(QHS).Serum hemolysin was measured.Results Compared with the group of immunized mice,optical density difference(OD) of plaque forming cell(PFC) and serum hemolysin were significantly increased in CCTA high and medium group(P0.05,P0.01 respectively);Compared with the CCTA low group,OD of plaque forming cell(PFC) was significantly increased(P0.05),and serum hemolysin was significantly increased as well(P0.01) in CCTA high and medium group.Conclusion CCTA has an improving effect on humoral immunity function in normal mice.
Objective To compare the effects of two different extracts of evening primrose flower on adaptive immunity in immunosuppressed mice.Methods The immuno-suppressive mice models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(50mg/kg).T cell Proliferation response to ConA,the level of TNF-α and IFN-γ were determined after administering evening primrose flower extracts in high,medium and low-dose.Results The results showed that two different extracts of evening primrose flower at middle dose could cause a significant increase of the proliferation of splenocytees(P0.05),and the level of TNF-((P0.05) in immunosuppressed mice,ethyl extract at middle dose also could cause an increase of IFN-(serum(P0.05);The effect of ethylacetate extract from evening primrose flower was significantly better than that of water extract(P0.05).Conclusion The extracts from evening primrose flower could significantly enhance the cellular immune function in immunosuppressed mice.Effects of ethylacetate extract was better than those of water extract.
Objective: To explore the effects of water-soluble extracts from oenothera flower on the immune system of normal mice.Methods: All the ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and administered by gavage.Effects of water-soluble extracts on the weight of mice thymus were examined.The cell immunity of mice was detected through the test of plague forming cell and the determination of phagocytosis of macrophagocyte.Results: The Oenothera's extracts could promote the phagocytosis function and raise the number of lymphocytes.Conclusion: The appropriate amount of water-soluble extracts from oenothera flower can strengthen the immune function of mice.
Objective To explore immunologic changes of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI).Methods RRTI children According to the claim and normal children were selected as the case group and control group respectively.Serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,cytokine interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-10(IL-10) and interleukin-6(IL-6) of RRTI children were monitored before and after treatment,and compared with controlt group.Results IgG of case group before and after treatment were significantly lower than that of normal children(P0.01,P0.05).IgG in cases after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P0.01).Before treatment,IgA of case group was much lower than control group(P0.01).IgA of cases after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P0.01).There were no difference between RRTI before and after treatment in IgM(P 0.05).Before treatment,IFN-γ and IL-10 of case group were lower than that of control group(P0.01).after treatment both indexes increased significantly but still lower than control group(P0.05).IL-6 in RRTI before and after treatment were much higher than that in control group(P0.01).after treatment IL-6 was lower than that before treatment(P0.01).Conclusion There are different deficiency of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in RRTI children.So it is important to evaluate immune state of RRTI children timely for regulating immune system.
Objective To explore effects of water-soluble exwactives from oenothera flower on the T cell Pro- liferation response to ConA,the ability of antibody producing and the level of cytokine in normal mice.Meth- ods The T cell response to Con A and the ability of antibody producing were determined with MTT staining. The activity of TNF-αand IFN-γwere observed using ELISA.Results Water-soluble extractives from oenothera flower could significantly increase the T cell proliferative response to ConA and the ability of antibody producing in mice.It could significantly increase the activity of cytokine TNF-αand IFN-γ.Conclusion Water-soluble extractives from oenothera flower will ehance the function of immunity in normal mice.
实验教学是医学微生物学教学的重要组成部分,为适应新时期下的医学教育,提高医学微生物学整体教学质量,重新构建实验教学框架,优化教学过程,更新和丰富教学手段,改革考核方法。
