The principle and the design of testing system for air-pressure Brake Valve were was studied. The testing system based on virtual instrument, two pneumatic brake valve tests can be completed in synchronous or asynchronous manner, and the test system has manual and automatic test function. Meanwhile the test system software function includes data acquisition collection, data disposing, data display show, memory, print and so on. The system has reached the purpose of rapid and accurate test.
工业环境下的无线数据通信技术是近年来新的发展趋势,将无线技术引入数据采集领域,可以解决有线网络带来的布线麻烦、出现故障检查困难等缺点。文章分析了通过单片机处理过的数字信号的调制发射和接收解调的特性,明确了运用无线数据传输技术的可行性,设计提供了以P89LPC935单片机为核心控制部件的无线数据传输技术方案,构建了新型主井提升机载荷实时监测系统。

In order to effectively reduce the harm of the cement dust produced in the spraying face,the dust removal technology of the concrete sprayer was studied.Pneumatic dust removal device and dust removal with multiple water curtain were adopted to develop a new-type dust removal system,which can greatly improve the working surroundings in spraying faces.
Wireless data communication technology under industrial environment is a new development trend in recent years, applying wireless technology to the field of data collection can solve problems and shortcomings caused by wired network, such as cabling, faulty inspection difficulties and so on. Safe operation of mine hoist matters much to the safety of mine production. As a result of the lack of detection measures hoist overload occurs from time to time, it poses a greater threat to safety in production. Combing sensor technology with emerging wireless communication technology, the wireless data transmission technology program that takes P89LPC935 MCU as cored controlling component is designed and provided in this project, constructing a new type of real-time monitoring system for main shaft hoist load.
For heat supply department and users, traditional charging methods have many drawbacks, of them, heat metering and billing is a prominent problem that needs to be solved. In management administration, the difficulty of metering and charging in heat supply department is becoming increasingly prominent. In this design, ultrasonic heat meter is used to meter heat, the acquired heat data will be transported to data collection node via wireless transmission network the node then connect with internet via the interface thus the remote metering system is finally constituted, all heat meters are linked to form a computer dynamic monitoring network, the monitoring center monitors heat meters according to real-time data transported by the dynamic monitoring network. As a result, informatization and intellectualization can be achieved in heat metering and charging.
After running for a long time, fan impeller, inlet box, air inlet, and fan casing of mine ventilation main fan are corroded seriously. Thus is a threat to safe operation of main fans, which increases running resistance and reduces efficiency. Therefore, main fan corroded can't meet actual needs of field-work. China's scientific research institutes and related businesses have carried out a lot of research and development on energy-saving and benefit-increasing of mine ventilation main fan since 1990's. Successful experience and method has been widely used in many mines. The design focuses on technical scheme of energy efficiency by means of surface anti-corrosion treatment. Such as choosing rationally and installing main fan in accordance with relevant national norms, analyzing its corrosive environment and carrying out anti-corrosion design.
Temperature underground coal mine is an important index, especially for mining workers underground. To monitor the temperature effectively, a temperature measurement and control system is necessary to design. Temperature value is displayed on LED screen on line. When temperature value reaches the maximum, conditioning device connected with the opening end of the relay controlled by the MCU will start up. Temperature signal and control information is all transmitted by wireless signal transmission module nRF905. The system program consists of transducer control and display of the temperature value. The control program of transducer is compiled according to its communication protocol. Program of wireless data transmission should be debugged between the data transmission modules. Alarm device is designed to provides effective information to workers when the temperature value is unusual. Thus monitoring of the temperature underground coal mine can be real and effective.

From the application point of view, scientific and technical personnel need to master the linguistic features of EST, such as glossary, grammar and sentence structure.
Coal mine main fan is one of the largest-power-consuming facilities among various electrical and mechanical equipments, its power consumption usually accounts for 20% ~ 30% of the total. If a few percentage points can be lowered in its energy consumption, energy efficiency will be very substantial. One main reason for the main fan's high power consumption is its overall low efficiency. After a long time operation, most of the coal mine fans' impeller, intake air box, air inlet and chassis have a serious corrosion, which is a main threat to the safe operation of fans, and also increases the running resistance, less efficiency, thus can not meet the actual on-site demand. Therefore, performance optimization of the fan to reduce power consumption is imperative. A set of technical improvement program that focuses on saving energy and increasing efficiency is designed on the basis of surface anti-corrosion.

In order to meet the intensive and efficient mine construction, unit yield of the fully mechanized coal face should be improved constantly and reliability of production system in mechanized face must be further strengthened. Pressure monitoring technology and equipment in fully mechanized mining must adapt to the new developments. To achieve automation of mining pressure monitoring, problems such as reliable transmission of the collected data must be solved. To optimize the design P89LPC935 microprocessor with powerful processing ability and extremely low power consumption is used to improve the processing speed and constitutes wireless data acquisition system along with nRF905 wireless data-transmission modules. Design of PC machine management system adopts LabVIEW software, data is stored through ACCESS database. The monitoring system achieves the goals of small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable data transmission, better anti-jamming ability and so on. Thus provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of coal and have certain economic benefits and significant social benefits.

Mine hoist is responsible for important tasks such as upgrading coal and gangue, lowering materials, lifting personnel and equipment. With increasing of mine depth and lifting capacity, multi-rope friction hoist becomes a key lifting equipment in major coal mines of China due to its advantages of small size, low weight, great lifting capacity, safe performance, suitable for deep well, etc.. As a large-scale mechanical electronic equipment in mining industry, mine hoist is one of the four large equipments for coal mining, known as ¿throat of mine¿. The safe operation of mine hoist has a direct influence on the safety of mine production: hoist overload occurs occasionally as a result of the lack of detection measures, which greatly threatens safety of production. The design realizes the diagnosis and alarm of faults such as overload, unloading of coal transfinite, pot-sticking and imbalanced tension, and disconnect the security loop when necessary thus to avoid incidents.
Mine elevators are large electromechanical equipment with integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts, bearing the task of carrying material, equipment and personnel between ground and below ground levels. The mine elevator is the spine of the underground mining industry. At present, a great deal of elevating equipment on active service in China has not yet reached its life expectancy, and considering the cost, they can not be replaced wholesale. With production on the rise, the demands on the safety and reliability of the elevator operation are increased. In order to guarantee a minimum economic input and achieve maximum output, performance parameters should be measured in time to achieve the goal of real-time control. Virtual Instrument technology is a computer-based instruments and measurement technique, which combines computer and instruments, relying on computer hardware and operating system to realize various instrument function through software. "Hardware replaced by software" is the essence of virtual instruments. This paper is directed at the shortcomings of current mine elevator testing, a modern testing system based on virtual instrument software Lab VIEW has been established, which completes elevator performance test in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". Various signal processing methods are conveniently applied during testing. Compared with a traditional system, the new system improves the accuracy of test results, test efficiency, eases labour intensity, has good scalability and openness, and will have great application value and development prospects.
