Oleic acid and diethylenetriamine were used as the starting materials to synthesize imidazoline.As-synthesized imidazoline was then converted to water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline via alkylation.As-obtained water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline was then mixed with ammonium molybdate and calcium gluconate to yield antirust agent for water-based cutting fluid. The conductivity and corrosion parameters of the cutting fluid containing antirust agent were measured using a conductivity meter and an electrochemical test rig.It was found that quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline and ammonium molybdate were the major antirust components, and calcium gluconate had synergistic antirust effect, while the content of ammonium molybdate had the greatest impact on the conductivity of the cutting fluid. The optimal composition(mass ratio of water-based cutting fluid, water soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline, ammonium molybdate, and calcium gluconate) of the cutting fluid was suggested as 1 000.0∶2.0∶1.0∶0.1,and cutting fluid was yellow. The corrosion rate of 45 steel in as-formulated cutting fluid was 0.240 9 mm/a,corresponding to an inhibition efficiency of 77.58%,while the electrical conductivity was increased by only 13.00%.
Increasing concerns on public health safety have led researchers to develop efficient methods to characterize veterinary drugs and pesticides residues simultaneously in animal products. This investigation presents a simple and rapid method to determine five types of fluoroquinolones (FQs), organophosphorus (OP) and N-methyl carbamates (NMCs) in porcine tissue simultaneously with the use of matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and diode array detection (DAD). The results show a recovery ratio of 60.1–107.7% with satisfactory relative standard deviations. The limits of detection (LOD) in porcine tissue are between 9 and 22μg/kg. The applicability of the method to the multiresidue analysis in porcine tissue is reported in this contribution.
This paper summarized the pre-processing and determination of multi-residue of veterinary drugs in food of animal origin. Also multi-residue detection of fluoroquinolones, sulfonamides etc.at home and abroad were overviewed. In the end we looked ahead the trend of the analysis of multi-residue of veterinary drugs.
A new type of spherical cellulose-ZrO2 matrix was prepared by wrapping ultra-fine ZrO2 particles with cellulose pulp. The optimum process conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The properties of the composite spherical cellulose were comprehensively studied. The results indicates the spherical cellulose prepared with this method has 82% of the moisture content, most particle size ranges from 90 μm~200 μm with a great specific surface area of 159.4 m2/g.Moreover,the product has satisfactory resistant ability to acid and alkali. And it also indicates that the use of ultra-fine ZrO2 particles is of benefit to the activation reaction by epichlorohydrin, restrains the swelling effectively and strengthens mechanical intensity of the matrix.
