采用DPPH.清除法对枸杞花提取物的体外自由基清除作用进行研究。结果表明,枸杞花具有一定的抗氧化活性,枸杞花乙醇提取物对DPPH.清除率为16.29%,蒸馏水提取物对DPPH.清除率为37.70%。

The total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.flowers from Ningxia were ultrasonic extracted by H2O and 95%(V/V) ethanol,and then detected by Al(NO3)3 method.The results showed that the content total flavonoids was 2.95 mg/g.The results showed that the methods were convenient and fast for evaluating the level of total flavonoids in L.barbarum L.flowers
