护理实训室库房是护理实训室管理的重要内容.笔者结合福建省泉州医学高等专科学校护理实训室库房的实际情况,将品管圈应用到护理实训室库房的管理当中,使护理实训室库房的整体环境变得整洁干净,同时,也提高了护理实验员的工作积极性、团队合作性及专业知识.

探讨8S管理模式在护理实训室管理中的应用效果.成立8S管理模式领导小组、制定8S管理活动计划、实施方案和评价体系.并对实施前后实训室的质量和学生满意度进行评价及调查,分析两者差异性.实施8S管理模式前后,实训室质量和学生满意度,差异性明显(P＜0.05).8S管理模式在护理实训室管理中的应用,可营造出整洁、安全、舒适的实训室环境,提高工作效率,提高实验员的素质,增加学生满意度,达到良性促进的目的.

Objective To investigate the effect of the students standardized patients(SSP) in the surgical nursing prac-tice. Methods From September 2015 to June 2016 a total of 150 students who were selected from Grade Two in Nurs-ing School were randomly divided into two groups, named control group and experimental group. The experimental group with 79 students were trained through SSP method and the control group with 71 students by traditional methods. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by examination papers and questionnaire of students and interview of training teachers. Results Compared with the control group, the students in the experimental group showed better performance in Trauma Dressing, Forearm Fractures Fixed Bandage and Trauma Dressing Change 5.49 points,2.34 points,6.32 points (P<0.01). Students from experimental group and the training teachers were satisfied with the SSP method. Conclusion The SSP method was superior to the traditional method and was worth promoting in surgical nursing training.
