Objective It is to observe the curative effect of leatherleaf mahonia,raw licorice root combined with Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in children.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in children who were in outpatient department and in-patient department were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into treatment group in which there was 35 cases and control group in which there was 45 cases according with traditional Chinese medicine treated or not.The western medical doctor processing method and Azithromycin given in the two groups were the same.The treatment group was added with 5 g of leatherleaf mahonia and 2 g of raw licorice root.The total course of treatment was two weeks.The circumstances of clinical symptoms and auxiliary examination in the two groups were recorded.Results There were no significant difference on sex,age,the course of fever before treatment,lung X-ray,hydrops in chest,gasping counts,white blood cell,neutrophilic granulocyte and C reactive protein between the two groups(all P>0.05).The pyretolysis time and X-ray absorption time in treatment group were both shorter than that in control group and there was significant difference between the two groups(both P<0.05).The cough extinction time in treatment group were shorter than that in control group but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Four cases had sequelae in control group and zero in treatment group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.4% and that of control group was 62.2%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Leatherleaf mahonia,raw licorice root combined with Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in children has better curative effect and can shorten the course of fever,the cough extinction time and X-ray absorption time and decrease the occurrence of sequelae.

Objective:For investigated the therapeutic efficacy of cerebral palsy with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:Selected the neonatus in our hospital from Jun 2005 to 2007,which neonatal behavioral neurological assessment scores is lower than 35,apportion to treated group and control group.The treated group have had combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and then analysis the difference of the two groups.And select the random sampling in healthy children to set up the health group,comparing the three groups with motor development or set up time of postural reflex.Results:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can reduce the rate of cerebral palsy sequelae.Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can reduce the cerebral palsy's rate,the more early the better therapeutic efficacy.

Objective:To investigate the prognosis of combination of TCM with Western medicine treat the different period's high risk infants of cerebral.Methods:Selected the neonatus in our hospital,which neonatal behavioral neurological assessment scores was lower than 35,apportion to early intervention group and advanced stage treat group.The early intervention group had early intervented,the advanced stage treat group had been given treatment after 6th month when appearanced the cerebral palsy overt symptom,and then analysis the difference of the two groups on hign risk facter,the early symptom,physical sign or sequela. Results:After early intervention treat in combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the group of early intervention would have not cerebral palsy at all,had 3 cases of cerebral palsy,1 epilepsia,1 dropsy of brain,1 caligo lentis and 1 ambi-nerve deafness. Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treat the early symtom of cerebral palsy can reduce the cerebral palsy's rate,lighten the cerebral palsy level,the more early the better therapeutic efficacy to high risk infants.
