总结全病种睡眠医学中心的建立及管理体会.合理的空间布局、舒适的环境设施、经验丰富的医护技团队、完善的工作制度和流程是全病种睡眠医学中心设立和管理的重点.全病种睡眠医学中心自2021年5月建立至2022年11月共收治患者2 615例,2021年第三季度患者满意度97.4分,护理质量检查各项目均在95分以上,2022年第三季度患者满意度99.1分,护理质量检查各项目均在97分以上.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhibo Dihuang Fluids with western medicine in treating hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 166 cases of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups: control group in which 83 cases were treated with propylthiouracil and propranolol,and treatment group in which 83 cases were treated with Zhibo Dihuang Fluids besides drugs in the control group.After 12-week treatment,the clinical efficacy,the reduced dosage of propylthiouracil and laboratory indexes were observed.Results The total effective rate was 96.3% in the treatment group and 83.8% in the control group,with a significant difference between them(P0.05);the reduced dosage of propylthiouracil was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.01);the heart rate slowed(P0.01),the levels of FT3 and FT4 reduced(P0.05,P0.01),and the level of TSH rose(P0.01) in both groups,with striking differences between the two groups(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Zhibo Dihuang Fluids with western medicine is quite effective in relieving hyperthyroidism,improving laboratory indexes and reducing the dosage of propylthiouracil.
