目的 分析药师在提高帕金森病患者用药依从性的作用.方法 回顾性分析2018年7月-2019年12月连云港市第二人民医院收治的帕金森病门诊患者70例临床资料,根据不同用药指导方案分为试验组和对照组,各35例.对照组采取常规用药指导,在此项措施前提下试验组接受药师干预服务.比较2组患者干预前后Zung制定的抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)评分,用药依从性,干预前后生存质量评分及患者总满意率.结果 干预后,2组SDS、SAS评分均较干预前下降,且试验组低于对照组(P均<0.01);试验组患者用药总依从性为94.3%,高于对照组的71.4%(χ2=6.437,P=0.011);干预后,2组社会、躯体、情绪、生理功能评分均较干预前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P均<0.01);试验组患者总满意率为97.1%,高于对照组的77.1%(χ2=4.590,P=0.028).结论 药师在提高帕金森病患者用药依从性的作用显著,可改善患者心理状态,消除不良情绪,且可提升患者生存质量,患者普遍较为满意,可进一步推广研究.
Catestatin (CST) displays potent vasodilatory effect and acts on lowering blood pressure in vivo. The clinical utility of CST in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) has not been clearly delineated. The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive value of CST for the development of in-hospital malignant arrhythmia and other adverse cardiac events in patients with AMI. A total of 125 consecutive patients diagnosed with AMI were included. The clinical characteristics and previous history of the patients were collected. Malignant arrhythmia and other major adverse cardiac events (MACE) such as postinfarction angina pectoris or reinfarction and death were recorded during hospitalization. The levels of plasma CST, norepinephrine (NE) and amino-terminal pro-brain sodium peptides (NT-proBNP) were determined by sandwich ELISA. A multiple logistic regression model was used to predict the influence factors of malignant arrhythmia and other MACE during hospitalization of AMI patients. The results showed that the levels of plasma cystatin-C (CysC), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), NE and NT-proBNP increased in a CST concentration dependent manner. The incidence of malignant arrhythmia significantly increased as the elevation of CST level (P<0.05). Age, CST and NT-proBNP were independent predictors for the MACE occurred during hospitalization. Increased blood glucose (≥6.1mmol/L) and CST were independent predictors for the complicated malignant arrhythmia of AMI patients. These data demonstrated that CST can be used as a new biological marker for prediction of malignant arrhythmia in patients with AMI.
Objective To study the mechanism of recombinant human endostatin injection(Endostar) on promoting the apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) in non–small lung cancer cell line A549 co-culture system.Methods Tetrazolium blue(MTT) and was used for the evaluation on proliferation inhibition of Endostar in HUVECs;Annexin V-FITC flow cytometry was used to determine the apoptosis rate;the effect of Endostar on Bcl-2 and Bax proteins expression in HUVEC by immunocytochemistry and Western blotting.Results Endostar can significantly inhibit HUVEC proliferation and significantly promote its apoptosis in A549 co-cultured system;the apoptosis rate were 5.29±1.21%(10μg/mL),8.33±0.62%(20μg/mL),14.81±0.77%(40μg/ mL),21.87±0.96%(80μg/mL),26.15±1.06%(100μg/mL) by Annexin V-FITC tests;Endostar significantly down-regulated Bcl-2 and up-regulated Bax proteins expression.Conclusions Endostar can promote HUVEC apoptosis in non-small lung cancer cell co-cultured system via regulating Bcl-2 family proteins expression.
Objective Observation of PCI patients(patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty) after combined anxiety and depression for patients with endothelin 1(ET-1) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI-1) concentration effect and analysis of postoperative anxiety and depression of PCI combined with ET-1,PAI-1 relationship.Methods Using the method of ELISA,220 cases of PCI patients by Hamilton anxiety and depression score divided into anxiety and depression(intervention group) with and without anxiety and depression(intervention group),and 85 cases without any PCI in the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease(non intervention group),serum ET-1,PAI-1 content detection,and carries on analysis of statistics.Results PCI patients with serum ET-1 and PAI-1 levels were significantly higher than that of non interventional therapy in patients with scoronary heart disease,and PCI combined with postoperative anxiety and depression in patients with erum ET-1,PAI-1 concentration was significantly higher after PCI no anxiety and depression of patients,significant difference.Conclusion PCI technique and the state of anxiety and depression were affected in patients with plasma ET-1 and PAI-1 levels.
目的体外研究人骨髓间充质干细胞(hMSCs)分化为血管内皮细胞的潜能,探讨作为血管组织工程种子细胞来源的应用前景。方法用人淋巴细胞分离液通过密度梯度离心法分离出成人骨髓单个核细胞,经贴壁法获取MSCs,体外扩增培养并进行鉴定。在内皮细胞生长培养基(DMEM)中以血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)定向诱导hMSCs向血管内皮细胞分化,观察细胞形态学变化,扩增培养后经流式细胞仪进行细胞表型鉴定和超微结构观察。结果形态学观察显示,培养的人骨髓间充质干细胞经bFGF、VEGF诱导后的hMSCs可见类似内皮细胞样改变,向血管内皮诱导分化24d后,经流式细胞仪检测,CD34表达转为阳性,而CD106、HLA-DR表达明显上调。结论在血管内皮细胞生长因子及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子诱导作用下,hMSCs具有向内皮细胞分化潜能,产生功能性内皮细胞。
