With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology, the network information is exploding combined with the network capture technology and text analysis technology to achieve the evaluation of content resources has become hot research fields. The use of this method is significant to the resources evaluation. The topic of this paper comes from the project of the Ministry of science and technology project "Content Bank Evaluation System", this paper will make a detailed analysis of the evaluation mode based on the network information, and make the research and design of the network data capture and text analysis technology.
Group anomaly identification and location is an important issue in the field of artificial intelligence. Capture of the accident source and rapid prediction of mass incidents in public places are difficult problems in intelligent video identification and processing, but the traditional group anomaly detection research has many limitations when it comes to accident source detection and intelligent recognition. We are to research on the algorithms of accident source location and abnormal group identification based on behavior analysis in the condition of dramatically changing group geometry appearance, including: 1) to propose a logic model of image density based on the social force model, and to build the crowd density trend prediction model integrating “fast and fuzzy matching at front-end” and “accurate and classified training at back-end”; 2) to design a fast abnormal source flagging algorithm based on support vector machine, and to realize intelligent and automatic marking of abnormal source point; 3) to construct a multi-view human body skeleton invariant moment model and a motion trajectory model based on linear parametric equations. The expected results of the research will help prevent abnormal events effectively, capture the first scene of incidents and the abnormal source point quickly, and play a decision support role in the proactive national security strategy.
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to identify the fast moving objects in complex background, the paper proposes a method that establishes the inter-frame background sequence, and then multiply the pixel grayscale in the difference image. It defines constraint rules for public background image, gets moving target region with higher-order cumulant and block grayscale, and further highlights the edges of moving objects, largely eliminating the natural environment noise from lighting, scene and shooting angle changes. Experimental results show that this method can maintain real-time tracking of moving objects, identify non-overlapping moving targets, and provide the basis for subsequent target analysis.
Gaussian mixture models(GMM) is a widely used approach for background modeling. However, computational barriers have limited its usage in real-time video processing applications. In this paper, we discussed a new update algorithm to achieve the goal of fast detection. Dirichlet prior are introduced to avoid redundant Gaussian components, reducing the computation time of each pixel. Most of the existing GMM based techniques use background/foreground data proportion, which is highly sensitive to the environment, to detect object. To avoid its possible negative effects on segmentation, we use sigmoid function to approximate the probability of Gaussian component belongs to the background and set a threshold for it to segment. Experimental results show this method leads to a faster and a better segmentation than traditional GMM.

Social Study: Treat the art of movie and television as a cultural phenomenon and focus on the discussion of its historical value. Psychology Study: Treat the psychological changes brought by art of movie and television as the research objects. This paper, directs at data analysis of remote network business, introduces the algorithm of wavelet analysis in the analysis of users and business (namely the time series data analysis of users' business). In the application of finding mutation points of time series data, put forward the method of determining data mutation points with the algorithm of quadratic wavelet transformation, to resolve that the sequences with noise are difficult to determine mutation points.
Fast, simple and reliable method for judging the behavioral status of video object is the public research base of many application fields, including public safety monitoring, national defense, aeronautics, sports and so on. This paper focuses on the fast parametric skeleton modeling and simple process of vectorization. It proposes an improved thinning algorithm for fast skeleton modeling and then locates the key points by a new scanning and marketing method, ultimately, according to the coordinate of the key points, it constructs a matrix of pose estimation and formulates the behavioral status judgment as a problem of calculating the angle between vectors. This method not only resolves the problems of large volumes of data and high complexity of algorithm in the traditional approach, but also lays the foundation for the extended researches and applications of multi-field intelligent video behavior analysis.
In computer vision field, video target tracking has important significance of research. This article proposed a fast and efficient multi-cameras-relay target tracking method directed at crucial technology questions in video target tracking. First, it separated the foreground and background of monitoring scene using of Markov random field theory, and then established the Markov random field model of foreground and background, so as to accomplish the moving object recognition; The next, it located the accurate positioning and tracking utilizing the combination of Kalman filtering and improved Camshift algorithm; finally, it made more-cameras-relay target tracking on the basis of coordination and synchronous between cameras, to achieve high efficiency of tracking and strong robustness and monitoring of the wide range of target real-time tracking.
The traditional process of thesis evaluation is of subjectivity and differences of teachers' qualifications and backgrounds. Considering these characteristics, this paper proposes a multi-level theses evaluation model based on fuzzy cluster analysis with the idea of fuzzy mathematics. In this model, it evaluates the teachers' qualification first to determine the weight of various teachers' evaluation to the thesis; then stratifies theses evaluation indicators, and according to the results of various indicators, it builds a fuzzy equivalent matrix, and ultimately selects the appropriate similarity coefficient to divide the theses into excellent, good, moderate, bad four grades. This model greatly improves the scientificalness and objectivity of the traditional theses evaluation process and provides a reference for the process.

This paper presents a method for designing semi-supervised classifier trained on labeled and unlabeled instances. We explore the trade-off maximizing a generative likelihood of labeled and unlabeled data. Moreover, mixture models are an interesting and flexible model family. The different uses of mixture models include for example generative models and density estimation. This paper investigates semi-supervised learning of mixture models using a unified objective function taking both labeled and unlabeled data into account. We conducted experiments on the WebKB and 20NEWSGROUPS. The results show that unlabeled data results in improvement in classification accuracy over the supervised model.
There is an improved algorithm of the matching of prefix and suffix BM strings is proposed. The algorithm becomes more efficient by combining the prefix and the location information of the next character of the current window, trying more location movements with the existing information. Experiments show that this algorithm is better than BM algorithm. Furthermore, an algorithm of subjective items judging based on the BM is designed.
Network course is an important carrier of modern distance education, it has its own particularity, and the learning theory must be a design principle in the design of courses. Based on some basic views of the three modern learning theories which have great influences on the current network education, the engineering curriculum definition and characteristics were introduced; ways to realize the engineering training objectives of network course were discussed, and some principles more suitable for engineering course design were tried to put forward.

The design of adaptive test paper composition algorithm based on the item response theory is proposed and the ultimate goal of adaptive test is to measure the candidates' potential accurately. According to the item response theory, candidates' testing behavior is the reflection of their potential language ability and a potential of a candidate can be estimated directly by his/her item response together with a particular item response model.
