目的：观察中药疣毒净制剂治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR－HPV）感染的临床疗效及护理方法。方法：将2014年1月至2015年12月广东省中医院大学城医院门诊诊治的宫颈HR－HPV 感染患者40例随机分成治疗组和对照组各20例；治疗组用中药疣毒净制剂外用，对照组用生理盐水外用，每周治疗3次，治疗3个月共19次，于第3次月经干净后复查，观察HR－HPV 转阴率及药物的不良反应。结果：治疗组HR－HPV 的病毒清除率明显高于对照组（55％ vs 20％，P＜0．01），两组均未见不良反应。结论：外用疣毒净制剂对 HR－HPV 感染宫颈病变有较好的治疗效果，且无毒副作用，建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To summarize the nursing care of patients accepting 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging check.Methods:64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging check was given to 489 patients with clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease or post coronary artery stent implantation and post coronary artery bypass grafting,at the same time to strengthen the nursing for them.Results:The 489 patients were all checked successfully once.Among them 11 patients' heart rate control was not ideal in the scanning process,and the image quality was bad but could finish diagnosis;there were no adverse reactions and complications occured.Conclusion:To strengthen nursing care of patients accepting 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging check is key to ensure examination smooth,and effective nursing directly influence quality of image and diagnostic accuracy.

运动神经元病(MND)是一组病因未明,选择侵犯上、下运动神经元的进行性、致死性疾病,平均生存期仅3～5年.随着病情的发展,终因呼吸肌受累麻痹或并发肺部感染而死亡.目前尚无治愈手段,近年研究表明通过早期使用Bipap呼吸机治疗,可改善患者生存质量及延长生存期.随着Bipap呼吸机在运动神经元病中的使用增加,也相应出现了相关的护理问题.

缺血中风具有发病急骤,变化迅速的特点,是好发于中老年人的一种常见病。通过对238例缺血中风病人的护理,认为在积极治疗的基础上进行具有中医特色的辨证施护,对提高临床治愈率,减少并发症,降低病死率和致残率具有重要意义。
