采用水热法,合成了2个Co(Ⅱ)配聚物:[Co(bdc) (dmpz)2]n(1),[Co(bdc)(pz)2]n(2),(dmpz=3,5-二甲基吡唑,H2bdc=间苯二甲酸,pz=吡唑).通过元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、紫外可见近红外吸收光谱(UV-Vis-NIR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线单晶衍射和表面光电压光谱(SPS)进行了结构表征及光物理性质研究.结构解析结果表明:配聚物(1)和(2)是以bdc2-为桥联配体,以dmpz和pz为协同配体的具有一维链状结构的Co(Ⅱ)配聚物.配聚物中Co(Ⅱ)均为四配位(CoN2O2配位模式),具有四面体(Td)几何构型.此外,在配聚物(2)中分子间氢键将1D链网连成了2D超分子.采用表面光电压谱(SPS)和场诱导表面光电压谱(FISPS)探讨了配聚物的表面光电性能.结果表明:在紫外-可见光诱导下,2个配聚物都呈现出明显的光伏响应,表明它们都具一定的光-电转换能力.对比研究了2个配聚物的光物理性质,发现配体结构对光物理性质有明显影响.
One new genus with a new fossil species,Declinimodus setulosus gen.et sp.nov.which was found in the Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation of Daohugou,Inner Mongolia,China,are described and illustrated.The new species is assigned to the Rhyacophilidae according to buttonshaped of the 2nd segment of maxillary palp,and the forked R1(in the forewing,located near apex).These new discovery are the earliest fossil records of Rhyacophilidae,which providing important evident for the study of the origin and early evolution of Trichoptera.
Material belonging to a new fossil genus and species of caddisfly, Pulchercylindratus punctatus n. gen., n. sp., was collected from the Daohugou locality (Middle Jurassic, Jiulongshan Formation; Inner Mongolia, China). The new species is assigned to the Hydrobiosidae according to subcylindrical shape of the 2nd segment of maxillary palp, the forked R1 (in the forewing, located near apex), and long anal cells (in the forewing). In addition, we propose to transfer the genus Juraphilopotamus Wang, Zhao & Ren 2009, known from the same locality, to the family Hydrobiosidae, based on the 1st and 2nd segments of the maxillary palp being cylindrical, shorter than the 3rd segment. A Middle Jurassic origination of family Hydrobiosidae can be established based on the new discovery. doi:10.1002/mmng.201300005
The soil nematode communities under different vegetation restoration types in coastal protection forest of Dalian Binhai Road were studied for one year.Soil nematodes were collected from soil using elutriate-sieving-shallow pan method.The results indicated that soil physical and chemical characteristics were significantly correlated with the number of nematodes,the number of genera and ecological index.The number of soil nematode changed along with seasons,summer>autumn>spring.The community diversity index of soil nematode,evenness index,richness index and trophic index were followed the order of Mixed forest(Clc)>Coniferous forest(Pm)>Broad-leaved forest(Cc).Function groups index analysis showed that the soil environment were interfered less while the Cc interfered more,thus,soil ecological system were healthy and forming the food web.The results showed that different vegetation restoration types had significant effects on soil nematode communities.
In a Gaussian MIMO wiretap channel with a transmitter,a legitimate receiver,an illegitimate receiver and an external helper,the transmitter sends confidential messages to the intended receiver,while the helper transmits jamming signals independent of the message signals to confuse the illegitimate receiver.This paper presents a suboptimal solution to the covariance matrix of cooperative jamming signals based on passive adjustment,making use of properties of positive definite matrices.The transmitter's transmitted covariance matrix is updated by treating the Gaussian jamming signal as Gaussian noise.The simulation results indicate that this algorithm can enlarge the secrecy capacity of the MIMO system.
This study aimed to detect the inhibitory effect of CTLA4-FasL fusion gene on rat arthritis.Recombinant adeno-associated virus(rAAV) vectors encoding rat CTLA4-FasL fusion gene(rAAV·CTLA4-FasL) or enhanced green fluorescent protein(rAAV·EGFP) were injected intramuscularly into rats on the next day of rat arthritis model setup.Continuously,the clinical indexes of two groups,including articular index,ankle joint thickness and weight,were observed and measured.Furthermore,the ankles were monitored by histological changes including synovial hyperplasia,and inflammatory cells infiltration.We found that the recombinant AAV could efficiently mediate the expression of CTLA4-FasL in vivo,and treatment using rAAV·CTLA4-FasL resulted in a significant suppression of rat AIA as reflected in the clinical signs and histological characters comparing with the treatment using rAAV·EGFP.Our results implicate the potential therapeutic applications of CTLA4-FasL for suppression of RA.
本文详细总结和回顾了世界毛翅目化石研究简史,列出已发表的化石种类名录、分布及年代,共37科、193属、661种(包括中国发现的4科9属15种),描述了不同地质时期主要毛翅目化石的分类单元和分布地区。简要介绍了毛翅目分类系统及系统发育、不同地质时期毛翅目化石的产地及时代。初步分析了目前该类群所存在的一些问题,并对今后的研究工作进行了展望。
AIM:To construct the eukaryotic expression plasmid pEE14.1-IFN-α expressing human IFN-α gene, and to detect the expression of the plasmid in eukaryotic cells.METHODS:The human IFN-α gene amplified by PCR and was linked into pCI-GPI, then inserted into the eukaryotic expression vector pEE14.1. The recombinant plasmid was transfected into the 293T cells, the IFN-α expression was detected by ELISA and Western blotting.RESULTS:Enzyme digestion and sequence analysis showed that the bicistronic eukaryotic expression vector pEE14.1-IFN-α was constructed successfully. The expression of plasmid was detected by ELISA, and the production of IFN-α in supernatant of transfected cells was about 3.15 ng/mL. Also, Western blotting could reveal the characteristic band of IFN-α gene.CONCLUSION:The vector is constructed successfully, which provide a new selection for HBV immunotherapy.
Soil nematodes around the plant rhizosphere were surveyed along the transect of Xishan reservoir in Dalian to the horizontal distance from spring to autumn in 2010.The differences of community characteristics among soil nematodes lived in the 0 ~20 cm soil and 20~40 cm soil were analysed. A total of 1 707 nematodes belonging to 2 classes ,7 orders ,26 families and 36 genera were surveyed. The average density was 406.4 individuals per kg dry soil. The results indicated that the total number of soil nematodes increased with the distance extension. The minimum nematodes count appeared in the nearest, and the maximum appeared in the farthest from the transect. EI was less than 50 and SI was more than 50. So there was no interference in the three samples of the reservoir where the food webs were forming.
The paper reviews the history and current status on the taxonomic researches of Psyllidomorpha fossils.Up to now,more than 30 publications dealing with the world Psyllidomorpha fossils have appeared,they are referred to 12 families,64 genera and 123 species.And these species are distributed in 14 countries.A checklist of the world Psyllidomorpha fossils with their distribution and geological age is given.A chart is also provided the percent of the described Psyllidomorpha fossils in different geological ages.Population characters are also summarized.Some problematical issues in this research field are enumerated.Prospects for future research are discussed.
To investigate the relationships of c-Fos,olfaction and hibernation,immunohistochemistry is used to test the seasonal differences in c-Fos expression in each level of hedgehog olfactory bulb.The experimental process was as follows:six wild hedgehogs of each season in good shape were selected,and then anaesthetized and perfused,the olfactory bulbs were fixed and peeled,and finally make paraffin-embedded sections were cut.The cut sections were imaged and measured by immunohistochemistry and photos were taken.The photos were loaded into Motic Images Advanced 3.2,to measure the expression ratio of c-Fos in each level of hedgehog olfactory bulb of each season.Statistics of expression ratio were analyzed in GraphPad Prism4.Microsoft Excel software was used to plot the data.Strong expression of c-Fos protein was found in each level among adult hedgehog olfactory bulb,while staining is not found in negative controls.The results showed that seasonal differences were obviously displayed.The general trend was:expression ratio of c-Fos protein was lowest in winter while highest in fall.1)The expression of c-Fos in each level of hedgehog olfactory bulb in winter were significantly lower than that of in summer and fall(P0.01);2)The expression of c-Fos in the external plexiform layer,mitral cell layer and granule cell layer in winter were significantly lower than that in summer(P0.01).In the olfactory nerve layer,the olfactory glomerular layer and the ependymal layer,the expression of c-Fos also was lower than that in summer(P0.05);3) Compared with winter,c-fos was significantly up-regulated at first in spring in the olfactory glomerular layer,the mitral cell layer and the granule cell layer(P0.01),while there were no differences among the olfactory nerve layer,the external plexiform layer,or the ependymal layer(P﹥0.05);4)Compared with fall,the expression of c-Fos in the olfactory nerve layer in spring increased significantly while no differences when compared expression in summer.In the rest level of hedgehog's olfactory bulb,the expression of c-Fos in fall is significantly higher than that in spring and summer.Strong expression of c-Fos protein in hedgehog's olfactory bulb indicates that c-Fos protein may play an significant role in transferring hedgehog's olfactory messages.Significant seasonal differences of c-Fos expression show that there is correlation between hedgehog olfactory bulb activity and its hibernation.
