Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots and rhizomes of Iris scariosa and Iris halophila var.sogdiana,respectively.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography(silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,and macroporous resin HP-20) and RP-preparative TLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,and 2D-NMR).Results Six compounds,irigenin(1),nigricin-4′-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1′′′→6′′)-βD-glucopyranoside](2),5,7,2′-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-flavanone(3),nigricin(4),irilone(5),and iriflophenone(6) were isolated and identified from the roots and rhizomes of I.scariosa.Besides,seven compounds,5,7,2′-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-flavanone(3),irilin A(7),iristectorigenin B(8),iristectorigenin B 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),iristectorigenin B 4′-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1′′′→6′′)β-D-glucopyranoside(10),alpinone(11),and β-daucosterol(12) were isolated and identified from the roots and rhizomes of I.halophila var.sogdiana.Conclusion Compound 9 is a new one named halophiloside.Compounds 1—6 are isolated from I.scariosa and compounds 3 and 7—12 are isolated from I.halophila var.sogdiana for the first time,respectively.
用普通敞开式预冷、普通差压式预冷和加湿差压式预冷3种预冷方式对弗雷无核(Flameseedless)和红地球(Red Globe)两个鲜食葡萄品种进行了预冷,比较了3种预冷方式所需的预冷时间、预冷效率和预冷成本,就预冷方式对果实贮运品质的影响进行了分析,并根据果实特点提出了各自适宜采用的预冷方式.
In order to study the effects of various NO_3~--N/NH_4~+-N ratios on the absorption and utilization of mineral elements of the grapevine plants,Chardonnay grapevine seedlings grown in sandy medium were studied under the treatments of five NO_3~- -N/NH_4~+-N ratios(100:0,70:30,50:50,30:70,0:100).The results showed that the effects of different NO_3~--N/NH_4~--N ratios on the element absorption and utilization of root were different from over ground parts.Higher proportion of ammonium N could improve the absorption of P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn,but suppressed the accumulation and utilizaition of K,Ca,Mg and Fe in leaf.The 30:70 treatment did better for P absorption,and the 70:30 ratio benefited the accumulation of K.The contents of calcium in leaf were highest atl00:0 of NO_3~--N/NH_4~+-N ratio,but the content of Mg showed little variation under all treatments.The content of Mn and Zn could maintain relatively high level in the mix nitrogen source(70:30,50:50,30:70),but the content of Fe in leaf could be high with the treatment higher proportion of nitric nitrogen.The content of Cu both in root and leaf were not sensitive to NO_3~--N/NH_4~+-N ratios.All the results mentioned above can suggest that the fertilization of a single nitrogen of nitric or ammonium were not a preferential way in their effects on the absorption and the transportation of mineral elements in grapevine.
