Aiming at the defect that the conclusion obtained from the evaluation made on irrigation area with the static evaluation method is static and not so comprehensive at present,a concept of making dynamic and overall evaluation on irrigation area with a dynamic evaluation method is put forward herein; for which a study on the tempo-spatial multi-dimensional dynamic evaluation is made on the eco-environmental benefit from the water-saving improvement project of large irrigation area based on the operation data of the irrigation area for several years with the application of the theory of time-ordered weighted averaging operator(TOWA),and then the dynamic evaluation result that differs from that got from the conventional static evaluation method is obtained. The application result shows that if a dynamic evaluation on the eco-environmental benefit from the water-saving improvement of irrigation area is made with the theory of the time-ordered weighted averaging operator,a comprehensive and scientific evaluation result can be surely obtained.
In order to study the effect of different regulated deficit treatment on winter wheat's protein formation in south hebei prov-ince ,a field experiment is conducted under water controlling conditions .The results show that compared with proper soil water treatment ,basic trend of protein formation is not changed by regulated deficit treatment ,the process of protein formation of all regu-lated deficit treatment has“V”shape curve ,the protein content reaches the lowest at the 21 d or so after anthesis ,and then gradual-ly increased;the protein content increases with the aggravation of water deficit in all growing stages except green stage ,but protein yield decreases .According to the study result ,the suitable regulated deficit treatment considering the winter wheat yield and protein yield is mild deficit on seedling stage ,severe deficit on seedling stage ,mild deficit on filling and ripening stage ,mild deficit on head-ing stage ,mild deficit on jointing stage ,and severe deficit on jointing stage .
In order to solve the problem that comprehensive evaluation value of water saving reconstruction of irrigation district is same or close,the Hierarchical Comprehensive evaluation method based on Scatter-Degree is used to evaluate water saving reconstruction of the irrigation district,and four irrigation districts in shaanxi guanzhong area are took as study example.The results show that the Hierarchical Comprehensive evaluation method based on Scatter-Degree can not only evaluate the general goal implementation of different irrigation districts by Scatter-Degree,but also evaluate stratified goal implementation of different irrigation district.This shows that it is feasible for the Hierarchical Comprehensive evaluation method based on Scatter-Degree being applied for the evaluation of water saving reconstruction in irrigation district,and can obtain ideal evaluation result.
In order to reasonably determineindex weight for post-evaluation of water-saving reconstruction of large-scaleirrigation district and gain scientific evaluation result,the comprehensive weight method based on sum of squares of deviations is used to determine index weight.Also,this methodis used for the benefit evaluation of water-saving reconstruction project inlarge-scaleirrigation district of central Shaanxi plain.The result shows that comparing with pure subjective weight method and objective weight method or other existing comprehensive weight methods,the comprehensive weight method based on sumof squares of deviations can give consideration to both subjective and objective factor.Furthermore,the principle of the methodis scientific and the calculation process is convenient.So it has good practical application value.
Index weight's determining is of great important to get reasonable evaluation result,in order to get objective and reasonable comprehensive evaluation result in irrigation area's water saving and reform project's post-evaluation,the author apply two typical of comprehensive weight combination method having different principle to index weight's calculation,then find two kind of weight vector having different size order,several irrigation area's evaluation value calculated using two kind of weight vector have the same order.The author analyze this case,and illustrate two typical of comprehensive weight combination method's characteristics and application scope.
In order to get scientific and reasonable evaluation result of irrigation district’s water-saving reform project,the author apply combination weighting method is used in index weight calculation.The result shows that combination weighting method could compromise objective and subjective affecting factors compared with simple objective or subjective method,and get more scientific and reasonable result.Applying this method in benefit evaluation of Guanzhong large-scale irrigation district’s water-saving reform project of Shanxi Province,the satisfactory result is obtained,which shows this method is superior to simple objective or subjective method and the result is more reasonable.Combination weighting method has better applicability in the evaluation of water-saving reform project of largescale irrigation district.
在降雨时进行的现场实测中,采用虹吸式自记雨量计记录次降雨的降雨开始时间及停止时间、次降雨各时段的降雨量并由此计算出累计降雨量,由试验者目测产流开始时间及停止时间,用体积法实测降雨过程中各时段产流量并结合降雨量观测数据推算出产流过程损失量,结合上述数据进行分析计算城市沥青道路路面降雨量与产流量的关系、产流时间与产流前平均雨强的关系,初步得出了沥青道路路面的产流规律。针对在降雨过程中降雨损失强度变化的这一特点采用了极值法来计算径流系数Ψ,对影响道路产流的因素进行了初步分析总结。
